Tiberius O'Hare

Pays the cab. He eyes the cop car and the passengers and walks to the ship boarding lock.

Maggie

Pranit, let us put together several limited choices for interior decor. Maybe three choices. If there are too many options there will be disagreement and delay. We will all have to live with the final choice.

Of course, she expects someone will be unhappy, but the decision will go to a majority vote.

I think that's a great idea, three max, I warn you I have been in military ships over a decade.

Pranit's trawling of sites selling equipment for starships does result in an order for hull-plate strips with delivery from the scrapyard and white paint from the chandler at Cr8000 (Bang on estimate!).
After getting final approval on overview pf plan, Pranit makes a couple adjustments and asks for delivery (and when) and pays.

Nālani
Nālani sees the police cart ahead, and its present allows the bike easier passage through the protestors at the 13-12 dock. The taxi that joined the queue transpires to be Tiberius who exits that vehicle quickly and heads inside even before Nālani has really had time to get off the bike.

The police officer getting out of the rear seat is Zid. On seeing you, she looks quickly down the road, comes up and says I suggest you head inside. I've bad news I'm afraid. But its good to see you again.

She then leaves her uniformed driver with the cart and brings her assistant with her.

Miya, seeing the police, waves at Nālani when it becomes clear that she isn't being hustled off in handcuffs - and scoots away as fast as she can.

There has been a hull breach in an adjacent section. Emergency Pressure Doors have been closed. Please ensure your airtight doors are shut and emergency doors are not obstructed.

You can see strobing lights reflecting off the walls from beyond the protestors

There has been a hull breach in an adjacent section. Emergency Pressure Doors have been closed. Please ensure your airtight doors are shut and emergency doors are not obstructed.

Nālani can see a black executive transport moving quickly up the corridor from behind the protestors, honking as it comes towards that crowd. Just beyond it, Miya's bike slows and comes to a halt before it could disappear around the bend of the corridor.

At the crowd, they are all starring down the corridor towards the strobing lights, and the one port guard seems just as stunned as the rest of them.
Tiberius heads across the bay and gets to the ships outer airlock door, which is closed. It isn't until he presses the annunciator that the ship makes any acknowledgement of his presence.
Queen: Good Morning. How can I help?
and then, somewhat muffled, the alarm can be heard, and (more noisily) the inner door of the bay's airlock slams closed behind him.
Aboard ship, the queen announces: We have a visitor at the crew airlock.

Nālani smiles at Zid: It has been too long.

Waving to Miya she follows Zid and her assistant to the bay.

When the alarm sounds Nālani looks around to take in the situation and runs to the hatch.

Queen, it's Nālani, with two guests, please open.

Looking back to where Miya is she waves a summons while watching the progress of the black executive transport.

As Nālani starts to head off, the driver of the van intercepts her So where do you think they want all the hull plate?

The executive transport slows slightly but whizzes through the rapidly split crowd, and indicates to pull up behind the Van. Miya's bike turns in the corridor.

Tibberius is in the bay's airlock, downstairs in the bay, but outside the Queen's airlock
Nalani is just inside the entrance to the bay's upper level with the driver and two police.
The crowd are milling about, split into two by the speeding limo. Their guard is by the entrance to bay 13-12
Everyone else is inside the Queen. Arnwulf is in the Queen's cargo bay. Reven is in the workshop. Noor is on the bridge. Maggie and Pranit are on the Passenger deck. Indrani is on the crew deck.

Nālani is perplexed that nobody seems to share her concern about the alarm. Hull breaches are terrifying to her. People should be seeking safety!

Despite her rising anxiety she tries to look calm. Using the delivery driver as a visual shield she keeps a wary eye on the black vehicle while talking to him: The plates are for the ship, we need them in the bay.

Over her shoulder she asks: Inspector Umale, do you know what the cause of the alarm is?

"Hun, scan the area around us for any potential threat," Indrani goes to the bridge, settles into her chair, and pulls up her displays with all the passive sensors, including cameras.

Arnwulf

After vacc-suiting up, Arn does some preliminary markings of the area to be welded and coating the painted area in methylene chloride stripper. It is that 'paste it and wait' for the chemical reaction to melt the hardened coats to liquifiy in a couple of hours time or sand blast the affected areas.

Choice made, they finish in time for the hull plate cargo arrivals which he will organise to the correct parts of the ship.

Tiberius O'Hare

Responds to the Queen's question, stating his name and expecting at least some facial recognition tec to scan him. "Captain Carter has invited me aboard. I believe she has some reports to present."

Indrani glances at the airlock camera. When she sees it's Tibbs, she accesses the airlock controls and unlocks it for Tibbs to enter.

Tiberius
The Ships outer airlock door opens, admitting him to the airlock itself. As it shuts behind him, the bay's outer door shuts too. After a moment of concern, the inner door opens onto the empty crew commons.

Indrani
From the Queen: I have designated the visitor as Visitor 1 and allowed access to Passenger Spaces and Crew Commons for 24-hours.

The slow flick through the channels shows nothing and no one - other than Tiberius cycling through the lock. The Bridge windows allow sight into the bay, but the angle means there isn't much to see. Perhaps some movement in the bay entrance corridor - but no one recognisable from the glimpses. The other cameras show the bay cover is still on and there's no sign of anyone inside the bay itself.

Inspector Umale
No idea - but there are two seal-doors that I can see between here and those flashing lights - so no need to panic yet. I'll contact the control room and see what they say. And with that she pulls out his comms unit and starts tapping. She puts it away, and heads for the police cart.

Nālani
The Executive Transport pulls up and out of the window appears...
...Assana's head. Wow you should see the back of this cart. It's got more fluff than Hoshiko!
The driver exits, moves round to the passenger side and opens the door for Assana.
If the steward should come out, I shall unload the luggage ready for him to take in. Mademoiselle.
Assana ostentatiously tips the driver and heads over to the bay entrance.
Shall we make an entrance O Guardian?
