OK, so I've worked out salary/shares and posted in the Unit Admin, here.

With payment of 300k and a 50% profit, we get:

Total Salary: 15500 Cr
Total Shares: 142296 Cr
Profit: 142204 Cr

I've summarised pay by rank in the post linked above too.

I vote we invest the profit back into the business.

If we need a bit more cash then Frank is willing to invest most of his 20k cut too.

I will repost the pay/shares info tomorrow as I forgot that as founders Frank/Jess/Prerna all get 10 shares.

What is Freya paid from her job...Obviously not a Merc issue but she wants to know!

Also, what are the termination details. Do I get paid off at Collace only?

A quick look at the example TL15 APC gives:

.1 kt missiles with 13 km range: target memory (Cr7885, DM+3); teleguided (Cr2785,
DM+3); target designated (Cr1285); homing (Cr1385).
.1 kt high performance missile (speed DM+lO) with 3.5 km range: homing (Cr1385).
.5 kt missiles with 7 km range: target memory (Cr11.881, DM+31; teleguided (Cr6781,
DM+3); target designated (Cr5285).
1 kt missiles with 4 km range: target memory (Cr16,877, DM+3); teleguided (Cr11.777,
DM+31; target designated (Cr10.277).

The non-answer is "How ever much you are prepared to pay".

As per the examples above they're relatively cheap (whistles and bells dependant) and you can build bespoke missiles as per the design sequence. Everything from bazooka to Hellfire, fired from hand held disposable launchers to vehicle mounted magazine fed systems. I'm happy to use "ballpark kriegspiel" for now with a couple of off the shelf examples if we need specifics.

There is the trap of being "over specific" - for example the speed bonus DM shown on the high performance missile above is "same warhead loads of fuel" for "pursuit" AA missiles.

She gets 1000Cr and the option of being terminated at Collace or Inchin (with the option of working her passage back to Collace).

No wonder she wants to quit. That's 1/6th of Pilot Rate and half the rate for Junior assistant dogs body. More importantly, it's less than my monthly outgoings!

Would have been good for one and a bit weeks of work, less good for three and on basic Lieutenant's salary for four. Such is a Merchie's life - the only paying contracted crew post was coxswain of the boat!

Here is the corrected summary

Total Salary: 15950
Total Shares: 142035
Profit: 142015

Frank is happy to invest 17k of his payout back into the company.

As this is our first ticket, do we want to thank our troops by giving a little extra? Namely drop our profit for this ticket to 40% and put the extra 10% into shares? We would lose 28,475 Cr in profit and boost each share by 335 Cr. It would mean that founders would be getting 20k shares cut, rather than ~16.7k, although Frank would still be putting it back into the company.

The same way we got on-world, with the help of the Spinward Star. That's what they're contracted for, to get us to Inchin and back.

OK, so here is what should be the final salary/shares update
(admin thread post updated)

300k at 40% profit:

Total Salary paid: 15950
Total Shares paid: 170510
Profit banked: 113540

Jess gets: 21,060
Prerna gets: 21660
Frank gets: 22060
Jakob gets: 13236

Frank will loan 20k to the company.

Eventually we will have to find some way to use Frank's 1 ship share
