Which other door are we attempting to open next? Door 1 or 2?

Looking behind the wall hanging reveals a solid stone wall. :D

Aralic speaks after coming out of his prison "Oh my...thank you. I just want to be gone from this place." he says as he holds himself up leaning on the wall. "I was terrible they beat me because they wanted to force me to heal injured orcs and I refused to do so." he pauses to catch his breath "Please I just want to go home to Stallanford." he walks forward a little moving shakily he sits down on the throne. "I need to get back to be celebrant at the King’s Festival. Without me, the celebrations and rituals cannot go on as planned." he explains. After sitting for a bit he gets up and points to the wall behind the throne "There is a secret door there. I know that the orcs have uncovered some old evil in deeper caves beyond, although I do not know what that evil is. I don't care to stay and find out either. Though I beg you to return here and investigate what it is and deal with it if you can. But first can you take me back to Stallanford?"

Harribal Flatfeet

Harribal gets excited at the mention of a secret door. Oh a secret door! I bet I can open it. He moves over to where the door is meant to be and starts inspecting for the door, any potential traps and the mechanism to open the door.

Elanriel

Elanriel hangs back and keeps an eye out for trouble. She still rues having failed to protect Delsenora and is trying her best to do better, even though there is no immediate threat.

Listening to Aralic's words, she doesn't like the sound of the Orcs having uncovered some greater evil in the deeper caves. She had sensed that the kidnapping was only the start of something greater; a drawing together for some as yet unknown purpose. Was this evil what they had been drawn together to face? She shivers involuntarily.

"Elanriel, I think for the most part we are done. Maybe you would like to inspect the treasure room?

Come here , my friend. The battle is won! And we have a new friend Grog here."

She beckons the elf lass over with a grin and a wink.

Egon opens the next closest door which is the door right next to the one Aralic was in. (door 1)

Six female orcs and three young cower in this chamber, which has only bedding and nothing of value. These orcs beg to be allowed to go free in their native tongue.

Listening at the secret door

You hear nothing through the closed secret door. Also no traps are found on the wall where the secret door is.

Grog just going to do this in common "Crawlers, worm like things that eat rats and dead orcs." you think he is describing things called Carrion Crawlers.

Harribal Flatfeet

He looks down at himself in his dirty clothes. I'd like to get washed up and maybe get another weapon.
All I have is a knife and a dagger and I don't want to be captured again.

also helps Egon round up the prisoners, gently coaxing the unfortunate bunch in common while hiding a dart under his robe: "Come along now, there's a good fella. Don't push! There's room for all. Oi! Don't bite - you want us to throw away the key ?"

Urtesi watches the proceedings and finally speaks up reluctantly.

"Listen... I suggest we show mercy and let these prisoners go. If we take them to the village, I'm afraid the humans there, in their grief for their own fallen, will exact revenge on these pathetic monsters. It is easy to forget what we are and where we came from, down here. But we are better than that, taking petty revenge on the defenseless. The orcs have already paid in their blood."

Turning to Halrand she nods "That is what they are asking actually. I agree, let's let them leave here unharmed. If noone

disagrees, I will tell them they are free to go and to remember the kindness we have shown them."

reluctantly agrees, if nothing else because it seems the proper lawful neutral thing to do. But <thinks to himself> "orcs remember kindness ? Pah! When horses grow horns." <end of think>

Egon

With a sigh Egon responds to his companions. "First we are just securing the prisoners well we search and consolidate, for there and our protection. Second no one said anything about killing the prisoners and we can't leave them here running free. If you haven't noticed we killed all there men folk except one and by his admission there is a terrible evil still here. We will free them once we are away, that is there best chance and also the best chance they don't alert the evil to the fact we are coming back. Everyone on board now?"

Egon will go search the room the orcs were in once they are locked up.

comments in Elven, so as not to be overheard by the captured orcs: "Vi kan la åtminstone få dom att avslöja va som finns bakom lönndörren, eller ?"
"Well at least we could question them about what lies behind that secret door, dontyathink?"

The dark elf raises an eyebrow and grins.

"Egon I was assuredly not leaving them roam around here, no need for worries."

Turning to Talrand she nods and then asks Grog "Nalkra ku prap ul secret dar ?"
What is behind the secret door?

I already answered that to an extent they found carrion crawlers. As for what is directly on the other side of the door it's stone stairs.
