Two short creatures leap around the corner and throw a long spear like projectile at you.
One glances off 3of4's shoulder (doing no damage) and the other whistles past Lothien's nose.

(Awwrak can identify a target for his ready action)

Sade

Sade attempts to catch them, if she does she attacks with her staff.

Move 45

Quarter Staff (2-handed) [1d20+7] = 17+7 = 24 to hit [1d8+5] = 2+5 = 7 damage
Bonus unarmed attack.
Bonus unarmed attack [1d20+7] = 15+7 = 22 to hit [1d4+5] = 4+5 = 9 damage

Lothien dashes forward behind the elven monk, and at 20 feet range, throws his dart at one of the creatures. [Assuming they're still there].
[1d20+2] = 14+2 = 16 The +2 is for Dexterity. I forgot to add +2 for the Proficiency bonus, so the real roll should be 18.
[1d4] = 1 1 hp. Take that, you! :D

With the ready action, I just need you to select a target for your attack

I had the scale of the squares wrong, I thought they were 10' but it looks like they're 5'. Lothien wanted to be 15'-20' range from the creatures. Maybe he's behind 3of4? 3of4 has usually been at the front so far.

My apologies. I thought it said, "Awwrak can't identify a target."

Awwrak stands ready, summoning holy flame from the ceiling to scorch the first one that shows himself (the one facing 3 of 4).
Sacred Flame [1d8] = 4
(The held ready action)

He emits a trill of jubilation, an enemy finally visible to his eyes. With a practiced motion he draws his bow and fires a shot at the rearmost creature.
Initiative [1d20+4] = 1+4 = 5 Longbow [1d20+6] = 18+6 = 24[1d8+4] = 6+4 = 10
(Normal round action.)

What do these creatures look like besides "short"? Discerning all I can:
Nature roll (if needed) [1d20+7] = 13+7 = 20

3of4

Still alert to threat, he stashes his sword and shield in favor of his crossbow. He takes aim and fires at whichever enemy is less engaged at the moment.

Light Crossbow: To Hit: [1d20+2] = 9+2 = 11 [1d20+2] = 6+2 = 8 Damage [1d8] = 6

The scale is kind of all over the place. I was trying to get enough of the map to show you guys where you were in relation to stuff.
I'll try and note the scale in future.

Qelnaar will send an Eldritch Bolt at the one Awwrak did not attack.

Eldritch Blast, Attack: [1d20+5] = 10+5 = 15 Damage: [1d10] = 7

Sade swings the staff, cracks the creature around the head and slams her foot into its ribs as it slumps to the ground.
Awwrak's flames blast down from the heavens, the creature skips to the side and barely avoids the flames.
The arrow he sends down the passage skims the creature's head.
3of4's crossbow bolt flies harmlessly past it.
Lothien pings the creature with his dart as it cries out in pain and surprise.
Qelnaar then blasts it square in the chest and watches as it falls backwards and hits the floor.

As the smoke and flames clear, you see both creatures are down.
You hear footsteps and voices from around the corner.
Readying yourselves for their approach you hear a shout of surprise and pain from behind you.
Qelnaar staggers forward blood pouring out from a nasty wound in his back.
In the doorway of the room with the runes on the floor, there stands several more of these small creatures.
One of them stands behind Qelnaar, a bloodied blade in its hand.

Radrabbit said they look the same as the ones Kura and Awwrak fought before; this is what those looked like.
Long, stringy black hair now matted with blood covers the face and a small dagger, made of what looks like bone is still in its hand.
It is covered head to toe in dark hair and looks to be about 4 feet tall.
The body is covered in some kind of an oily substance.

Awwrak examines the body and pulls the hair back from the face.
The face has six eyes and large mandibles protruding from either side of the creatures mouth.
Invoking the all father Awwrak looks at the creature, it is not a natural creature for sure.
It definitely has the characteristics of an arachnid.
Awwrak lets out a shrill cry of warning, the bipedal, spider-faced humanoids appearing behind him, relieved inwardly that they're now visible. He pivots to his rear and shooting the creature that stabbed Qelnaar.
Longbow [1d20+6] = 20+6 = 26[1d8+4] = 2+4 = 6
Critical hit.

Lothien also wheels around, sees Qelnaar wounded and Awwrak shoot a spider-thing. He steps in front of Quelnaar, shield raises, saying, 'Qelnaar, do you need immediate healing?' He lifts his palm and a puff of noxious smoke flies to the spider face of nearest unharmed one.

Poison Spray. You extend your hand toward a creature you can see within range and project a puff of noxious gas from your palm. The creature must succeed on a Constitution saving throw or take 1d12 poison damage.
[1d12] = 10

Sade

Sade will rush the new creatures and attack with her staff once she gets to them.

Move 45

Quarter Staff (2-handed) [1d20+7] = 8+7 = 15 to hit [1d8+5] = 1+5 = 6 damage
Bonus action
Bonus unarmed attack [1d20+7] = 4+7 = 11 to hit [1d4+5] = 1+5 = 6 damage

"I will not survive another attack like that," he croaks out from a dry throat. He casts another Eldritch Blast but misses his mark.

Eldritch Blast, Attack: [1d20+5] = 2+5 = 7 Damage: [1d10] = 9

3of4

Sees these are less than optimal for a crossbow. He drops his crossbow and charges for the open spot beside Sade.

To hit [1d20+4] = 9+4 = 13
Iron Fist [1d4+4] = 1+4 = 5
