So, is there any interest in playing in a Harry Potter game? You guys would be faculty and staff at Hogwarts, not students. If anyone is a teacher the classes they teach will mostly be glossed over the same way typical "what do you do with the downtime" type of approach. Instead the mystery of the year happens, and you guys are figuring it out outside of class hours.
System would be a slightly modified Mage: the Awakening (M20)
EDIT: note I forgot to mention. We're ignoring the Cursed Child. It'd take place modern day, but handwaving the children of the book series simply since the story is about you guys and not a half-assed epilogue

Is there interest in an old school dungeon crawl using ACKS rules?

Is there any interest in
Ars Magica? It's a system I've always wanted to learn but I've never really seen it pop up much, if anyone has had experience with it before and could run a game I would be the first to sign up!
I do own the 5th edition book but the 4th edition core rule book is available for free from the publisher when you sign-up for their newsletter
here.

OSRIC but using S&W for complicated rules and combat. In other words, a simplified 1E.

That's a lot of work to play Advanced Labyrinth Lord

I'm interested in running a party of 4 or so through
the Barbarian Prince setting. Not using those rules, though - they're a big pain. Thinking more like Tiny Dungeon or my homebrew mods to There and Back Again.

If anyone is looking for a fun DM to run under, I'd suggest you jump on this. I'm already maxed out, else I'd take a spot.

Okay, I’m going to throw this out there and see what bites LOL. Anyone interested in playing Twilight 2000? When I was an Army nurse, I was introduced to the game when stationed overseas. I had a blast and I played myself, an Army nurse of course! Last weekend I was at a yard sale and discovered a cache of near mint Twilight 2000 books for dirt cheap. So yeah, I bought the whole shebang for a song! Now all I need is a few guys and gals to play. What say you?

I am in a bunch of games but am a big fan of twilight 200 so if you can get one running I would most likely be in.

Never played but looks interesting, The Morrow Project also looks like it would be interesting. In a similar vein.

My current favored playstyle is minimalist old-school D&D using OD&D or S&W Whitebox rules. Dungeons, wilderness, a megadungeon, cities, open-world with chances for exploration and plenty of detail.
I'd love to run a game like this, if I can collect a few folks.
Or play in someone else's game, if anyone else runs one along these lines.

I would be interested in this. I am familiar with Mage: The Ascension, but would be willing to lean the Awakening version. Are there free rules or would players need to invest in sourcebooks?

I'd be interested in running a few of the One Page Dungeon Contest entries from previous years, using Tiny Dungeon rules. OPDC are free, Tiny Dungeon (Smoking Salamander edition) is $2.99 at drivethrurpg.

Onyx Path and White Wolf don't roll that way, sadly.

I have been exploring D&D 5e and playing around making some characters and concepts. I'd be really excited if anyone was willing to run a crime/heist campaign? An urban campaign with a dislikeable and corrupt governing structure that lets us play the criminals and insurrectionists with variety (we can be good, evil, or morally ambiguous in the face of evil government).

It's difficult for me to turn down a 5e request.
Let me see what I can come up with that fits the theme you're looking for and let you know.

That sounds pretty cool, and I might be interested as a player.
It does make me think of a similar idea where the PCs play the part of a spy agency working for the crown like a D&D version of James Bond or Mission Impossible. It showed up as an idea in the 2nd edition Complete Ninja's Handbook as a way to play Ninjas and Shinobi (non-Ninja class characters with specialised kits) and I always thought it was a cool notion (as indeed would be a 'normal' Ninja game - that was a fun book.) Alas my DM-fu is weak.

Would anyone be willing to run a game where the PCs are captured adventurers Polymorphed into monsters by a mad scientist wizard to act as his minions? I appreciate it might be tricky to do mechanically but it could be a fun offbeat game with the PCs adapting to their new forms, trying to stave off going fully monster and plotting to escape, get cured and/or get revenge on their unasked for master.
