To keep things simple, I normally make the initiative rolls for all sides.
But if you feel like adding your own in this case, since you are basically acting alone, go for it.
For dramatic effect, I don’t always detail things out in the exact order they happen anyway.

Sorry gang! I tried to get everything updated for you over the weekend and ran out of time.
I will be hopping on a plane here shortly for some much needed R&R/vitamin sea.
Not sure how much I will be able to post over the next couple weeks, as I will be at the mercy of spotty internet. But I will post if/when I am able.
