I would take those numbers to be feet below the surface.

Sastaz for the win. HarnMaster maps have it for below and above ground level elevation as well as ceiling heights and shape. Been that way since they started making maps in 1982. You can look at some of the maps I have posted in my HarnMaster game if you want to see a couple.

It shows up on the bottom of the main page on the day of your birthday. It says Birthdays and below it is a list of today's birthdays. Today it says "No Birthdays." Some of us try to catch them everyday since you can't go back and see them. I have been off for the past week so may have missed some.
