I'd like to use the term wrapped in rope that can be easily discarded...might be a good terminology of how we are tied up. Grin... Good enough to make it look like we are tied up but not so tight we can't easily get out of it.

Corrections of the sitution:
The group is being led around "tied up" by the Ogre he explains things to you as the hallways are vacant at the moment. He does not bring you into the room with the guards as it is not nessisary unless you wish to venture there. The holding cells that are mostly vacant save the one containing the skeleton. The ogre continues to lead you through the passages heading in a southerly direction.

Zylore
As the ranger is "led along" he tries to memorize the features of the rooms and hallways...for when they need to escape.

Sergreb continues to lead the "prisoners" down the passage.
"This last room is the throne room, the Queen sometimes comes down here but she isn't always here. Maybe we'll be lucky and she will be." he explains to the "prisoners". the passage leading south turns east and has a set of double doors about 40 to 50 feet down it. Sergreb stops and takes a deep breath,
"Alright so in here she has undead, I hate the smell, and she has her own little pet war dogs. So if we do find her within and a fight ensues be ready for zombies and war dogs, and probably more guards. I avoid this room because I have no interest in anything within it." gettig himself mentally prepared which might be the first time any of you can think of an ogre having to do such a thing he holds up one hand and counds to 3 silently then opens the doors.
This grand chamber is lit by chandelier, and a red carpet leads from the doors to a massive wooden throne set on a platform. Portraits of llyana and her father, Arturus, decorate the west wall, together with two black-edged tapestries that show repellent scenes of torture and murder. Ilyana sits on her throne with a cloaked man holding a staff, standing at her right hand. Her servants are zombies in livery. One stands before each of the three eastern doors, two before her, and two by the entrance door. Ilyana's vicious war dogs sit by her feet.

Egon
Egon will continue to move towards the Queen, pretending to be tied and trying to get as close as possible. Once he feels he can't get any closer or one of the bad guys makes a move or sound that he takes as a threat he will burst free of his not really ties bonds, pull his axe and shield off his back and rush the queen.
His hope is to engage her in melee and prevent her from spell casting.

Weston keeps up the ruse as long as we can. Once the game is up then he will cast Hold Person on the queen and the man with the staff
(If he had to choose only a single target then he'd go with the queen)

Attacks to support Egon....She shrugs off the ropes and draws her bow as she moves southwest ahead of Therick and then south to be directly west of the queen as she fires her bow twice. Praying for success calling on Silvanus and Mystra for help.

The Queen stares at Sergreb "What have you brought me ogre?" she glares at him with an unimpressed smirk. "Prisoners? Or toys for your pet? Lock them up if they are prisoners. Or else kill them so that Bernal can make them more useful to us and the cause." she indicates the man next to her and the zombies in the room.
Sergreb scowls at the queen "I caught them sneaking in from the mine."
The Queen still looks unimpressed with Sergreb "And you managed to subdue all of them? They outnumber you vastly even with your pet." the man next to her chuckles at the insult to the ogre. She snaps her fingers and from behind the throne a familiar face comes out from behind Petrides the cleric of Moander you encountered once before. "Petrides perhaps you could use them for your creations." he looks at the group and recognizes some of you from the encounter under the orc lair in the woods of Stallanford. He looks a bit ashamed and shrugs "They won't make very good shambling mounds, but I supposed if they were dead I could create more of my golems." he says with a resigned sigh.

Weston
IF Weston can also get Petrides in his Hold Person that would be good, but his priorities for the spell are Queen, man next to queen, then Petrides.

Moves slightly closer let's the loos ropes drop and will cast Magic missile, if the Queen tries to cast a spell.
If the Queen doesn't cast, Trist sends 2 arrows at her.
Wow nice rolls from the Dice gods.
