A speaker of several 'forest' based languages, (Treant, Dryad, Centaur), I will walk to the place where one of those voices were heard chanting and speak up, inviting them to come and talk with me.
I wonder if it is Shtelke or some other creature. Kenku, Birdmen like Aarakocra? Certainly some spell casting types.Boff returns to tell the group that the sounds are coming from flying creatures.

When Qleceec and Androgost return from their scouting mission, Siouxsie says she is going to head back out to 80 feet from the camp in the SW direction and calling out in multiple languages tries to get someone to engage with her. There is no reply. By the time all this is done it is about 15 minutes before the shift change.
The second watch group Qleceec, Nah Olos, and Raffi decide that they should just start now. Everything starts off quietly until midway through the watch when the voices return, this time calling out from roughly the four cardinal directions. Still calling out in a language that the three of you on watch do not understand. In addition, a voice starts screaming from the west "Intruder Alert" over and over again which Raffi knows without hesitation is coming from Hex's Magic Guard Rocks. Everyone except Hex and Boff seem to start waking up from the multiple noises.

Garrant scans the area of the magical alert to see if his infravision picks up anyone approaching. Once he's checked that area out he'll do a general perimeter scan.

Rqffi slips from the campsite towards the warning ward that just went off, moving as quietly as he can and keeping to the darker spots.
Hex if wokenby his warning stone, will quickly clamber to his feet and gather his weapons and pack, finding cover where he can.

Qleceec asks "Anyone have any magic they can use to understand what they are saying?", but does not get a reply.
Siouxsie casts Speak with Animals and nicely asks the groups four horses to do us a favor and go stampede around those invoking the witchery upon us to the north and try and disrupt any one up there. The four horses have positive reaction to this plan and start all stampeding north. Just stating the obvious the horses have no gear including saddle, bit, bridle, equipment, etc.
Nah Olos and makes sure he knows where the 6 foot stones are to the northwest part of the camp and then both Nah Olos and Raffi try to sneak quietly into the woods in the general direction of the screaming rock (to the west). Garrant scans to the west using his Infravision, but does not see anything - scratch that he sees a half-orc and halfling sneaking into the night away from the camp.
Androgost draws his sword and makes sure Hex and Boff wake up. Franny is unsure how to act.
After the horses charge, there is some neighing and then one more call from whatever is surrounding the camp, and then panic sounds from the horses.

So I was expecting four opponents, each a spell casting chanting and the horses might disrupt their invocations. But my understanding from the neighing and panicked horses are there are more than just the chanters, armed groups bearing spears or javelins.
She will grab her gear, arming herself with sword and shield and take cover from possible incoming shafts behind the biggest tree trunk she can find.

Hex will gather his pack and wand, cast Alter Self and turn himself into a Sylph. And then try and retain the spell.
Which I think is a success (11+2 for a second level spell right? And it needs to be 15 or under.
He will lift off and fly up and towards the sound of his warning stones alarm, climbing to about 40 feet, and seeing if he can see anything with his infravision.
Raffi continues to make his quiet way towards the stone that sounded its alarm and see what he can discover.

Nah Olos wants to shout out 'phantoms', but that would give the invisible foe his position. Nah Olos uses the darkness to sneak closer, circling to the side of the area that seems to hold the shrieker.
