Re: OOC II
I have no issues with you recruiting.

Re: OOC II
I'm fine either way. You probably understand the situation better than us so I'll go with your call.
Re: OOC II
We can certainly play with who we have. I think HarnMaster works just fine even with just one or a small group, better than D&D in that regards. But I will throw up a recruitment thread this coming weekend. I just got texted that the FDA showed up at work for a surprise audit so will be working a lot of hours the rest of the week. That is going to put me behind where I wanted to be.

Good luck with the audit.

Thanks
Re: OOC II
I'm fine with recruiting! Since Leitz was perhaps the one of us that enjoyed the immersive bits the most (and was very good at it), maybe we should in his absence move the campaign back to a slightly more action oriented one?
Re: OOC II
My plan was to swing back to more action either way, this might just accelerate it a little. I will get a recruiting post up over the weekend.
Re: OOC II
When I get my recruitment post up, hopefully soon. Can someone please remind me to forward it to Marullus, he sort of expressed interest.

Re: OOC II
Yes Merry Christmas & Happy Holidays All!
Re: OOC II
I have been fighting off a cold or something over the holidays so didn't get much extra done. Am going to start with the recruitment post and wrapping up everyone and getting them back together for the hunt.
Thanks for bearing with me.

Re: OOC II
No worries, get well soon.
Re: OOC II
Get well!
Re: OOC II
Thanks! Getting there.
Re: OOC II
I am going to reward everyone with 5 points to increase any skills with a current ML of 50 or less. No rolls required, you can spend them all on 1 skill or spread them out however you like. As always, if you have any questions feel free to ask.
Re: OOC II
Cool, thanks. Looking at his sheet I'm thinking the obvious choice is physician, or possibly stealth if they are off hunting.
Re: OOC II
Either are good choices in general. If you can get one of them to the next SI (30, 40, 50 etc) it is somewhat beneficial if used with someone else since when combining skills it is highest ML + SI of each added person. Not likely to happen with Stealth (but a much used important skill anyways) but might with Physician.
Re: OOC II
My intent is to figure out over the next few days while we see what happens with the recruitment thread how much time went by and award Skill Maintenance points and piety for everyone. The other items can get wrapped up pretty quickly too.shaidar wrote: ↑Tue Jan 02, 2024 5:19 pmHere is the things Arngeir would like to achieve in the days before they leave for the hunt:
1. The job teaching weapon training. I'm happy for this occur off-scene.
2. Improve his Harnic through the use of the tongues spell.
3. Spend time in additional prayers/etc to improve his piety.
4. Get some access to maps to better understand the land between the capitol and where they will hunting.
I realise that he might not have time to do all the above, in which case he'd probably drop #1.
