AdaRue makes a point of staying back, in case Elowen does try to cast anything. Best to stay clear of the area of effect if I can...
From a distance she tries to explain things for the prisoners again. Listen. We're here to save small-folks by ridding this place of the goblins. We've saved a bunch of folks already and sent them all back to Brighton. We were glad to meet Raif and asked to join forces but he was a real git - excuse the language - and attacked my friends. And then you lot tried to help him when he called to you, which is understand, considering you all were friends. But just now when he tried coming in here again, Dorick... Well... he could've helped us but didn't.
So you all can go on being as mad as you want, but we're treating you based on how you treated us. Start acting civil and we'll have reason to return the favor.
AdaRue will try to stay 15-20' away. If that press her in the torture room, so be it.

Horatio pulls the gag from
Elowen's mouth.
"Got something to say?" he asks. He holds his sword nonchalantly near his waist.
"Speak in common, please. We wouldn't want a hole in your neck because I thought you were trying to cast a spell on us, would we?" AdaRue backs away from the suspected caster, just in case, and with plenty of room in the large cavern has no problem positioning herself safely away.
Elowen briefly works her aching wrists and tired jaw, then responds to
Horatio before
AdaRue has a chance to attempt to reason with the trio of prisoners.
"All Dorick told us was there was a change of plans," she says flatly.
Dorick and
Craimmar nod their heads affirmatively.
"I don't know what you think we're up to, or how much we know, but we have no issue with you -- that was all Raif. And Yara, she pretty much hated everyone and everything."

Let's just go kill the rest of the goblins, take their loot, and get out of here. Me, I say we make sure these jerks're bound up real good and lock 'em in the torture room with their dead boss. When we get back to town, we can tell the Brighton people where to find 'em if they want 'em."

AdaRue resists Horatio's suggestion reflexively until Keebler speaks up. I suppose it's true. But that room locks from the inside. Let's leave them chained to these walls and lock both doors on the way out. Come back for them on the way out. She reminds the group that it is best if the casters are at full spell capacity and suggests a night of rest before leaving this room.
Seems crazy to continue without our many sleep and healing spells...

Fully Rested
The group gags the prisoners and secures them to the manacles fastened to the walls which have successfully held prisoners in place for extended lengths of time... and for which they have the keys.
They establish a watch order and bed down.
At one point during the night, during
Horatio's shift, there was a pleading at the door from someone claiming to be an escaped prisoner, but the thief, aware of what was at stake, ignored the cries for help... which eventually went, or were chased, away.
The two guards manning the last watch shift wake everyone else the following morning after a successful night of sleep.

Now, fully rested, Vernon and Dimly stand watch over the door while the rest of the group break out some rations and begins to devise a plan for their next course of action over breakfast.

AdaRue's and Vernon's stats look fine.
AdaRue apologizes to the prisoners for their rough treatment, but agreeing with Elowen that there is no trust to be had between them all. Still, staying locked in here will keep you safe enough. We'll come back for you. She offers to feed the prisoners - half rations each - so as not to run out of food, should their foray be extended.
She also sets aside some of her trappings in a sack to leave in their current room. Just in case she needs to move fast at some point.

Junius is fine. Sacro (and Rainey and Dimly) gained all missing HP back over night. Should that have happened? Not complaining, but want to be fair. Were healing spells used prior to rest, after, restful sleep alone, etc?
Both Sacro and Junius eat a breakfast from their daily rations and prepare for the inevitable colossal battle royale with whatever army of goblins appear once they open their doors.

AdaRue looks through the prisoners' (and their dead friends) belongings again in search of a map to compare to her own. She makes sure to lock both doors as they leave the prisoners behind.
North out of the room, then right. Take a left at the pile of dead kobolds, and head north through the room with the dead slug-things. Go out the northern door where the Crimson Brotherhood came from.
As they leave the room, Vernon looks back at the prisoners and says, Wish us luck! It is unclear from his tone if he is really that socially naive.
Was he able to determine if Raif's sword was magical?

Moving On
With all preparations made, the group assembles into their normal marching order and, with
Junius leading the way, they exit the room, locking the doors behind them.
Heading right, past the body of the killed carrion beast, then left before the torched bodies of the kobolds that earlier spilled out of the closet.
Through the double doors and into the large room with the well, from where the group recovered the poisoned decanter.
Through the double doors on the northern wall, through which the Brotherhood originally arrived. After 50-feet, the passage bends to the right, where the group previously witnessed
Yara flee.
This new passage, around the right turn, extends for over 100-feet before ending at a closed set of wooden double-doors.
