Osprey
Abashed, Osprey acknowledges the wisdom. I'm sorry. Of course we should rest for our wounded to recover. To hurtle down the stairs now would be folly. I can take a first sentry position and watch both sets of stairs while others rest.
Chapter 6: Unhallowed Halls
Re: Chapter 6: Unhallowed Halls
The group decides it best to rest and recuperate before proceeding any further.
They take refuge in the library and set up watches on the landing. Other than the scurrying of rats, their respite passes uneventfully.
Spells and blessings are renewed and injuries get somewhat of a chance to heal (+1 HP to those in need).
The yawning gloom awaits…

Hex dusts himself down and straightens his long topknot of hair. Well then well then, let's be about seeing what's lurking deep below this monetary yes, yes, yes!". The multi-hued halfling will flex his spell fingers and draw two daggers, letting the trap springers go first and do their thing.
Greys Campaign.

Yon agrees. Downward.
Re: Chapter 6: Unhallowed Halls
Osprey quietly descends with trepidation, listening carefully. He checks for secret doors/portals as he goes ([1d6] = 3
) as well as checking his footing cautiously before putting his full weight anywhere.

Kragg follows the others down into the depths dagger in one hand ready for what may come.

Morris, dagger in one hand, the other cupped around the flask of oil in his pouch, settles into his place in the order.
Iris, on his shoulder, flaps her wings nervously as if to slow their descent.
