Round Three Summary:
The wolf continues its attack against Quirin, hoping to drive its newfound attackers off with a show of strength. It gets inside the elf's guard and takes him down quickly, just as Rhodri and Abi are able to close and finish off the beast.
Wolf vs. Quirin [1d20] = 20, damage [1d6] = 5
This is a maximum-damage attack, leaving Quirin at -4 HP and in need of immediate assistance.

Abi binds Quirin's wounds then sets about putting the goblins and wolves to the blade and taking their ears.

Bertram tears the dead wolf off of Quirin and binds his savage wound as best he can.
He calls to others to start finishing off the other combatants that Quirin had put to sleep.
EDIT: Abi beat me to it.
Bertram starts finishing off the sleeping goblins and wolves with his longsword.

March 30, 1 VC - 8:00am
The group finishes off the goblin patrol as it sleeps, then sets about getting Quirin comfortable alongside Largo.
They return to their sleep/watch schedule, and the rest of the night passes uneventfully, leaving them in the morning with clear skies and two bodies to move the rest of the way to Vaul.

We need a cleric. Hopefully we're close to home.
We'll take what gold and interesting weaponry we find on the goblins before we head out.
Bertram will take his turn carrying the stretcher, so that the spell casters can be on point.

Are trying to pile both bodies on to one stretcher? The one designed to carry a half ling is unlikely to serve.

And the party finds 27 gold pieces and a flask of dark purple liquid on the bodies.

Are the goblins carrying any spears, or anything that can be used to rig a stretcher? Is there any wood nearby that might serve?

My apologies. I was thinking two stretchers until Keehnelf mentioned laying Quirin next to Largo. I figured if the DM thought it would work, let's go for it. Now I see that we just laid them next to each other while we camped, not on the stretcher.
We'll need to rig up a second stretcher.
Did last night count as long enough rest before we can move Quirin? Or will he require another day?
If there is no wood around, I think we need to send some of us off to look for it. I don't see us making it any other way unless we have extra spears from the goblins like Rhodri asked about.
Anybody want to taste the flask? I suppose it might have a shot at getting us out of our predicament as well.

There are three spears on hand from the goblins, on the short size for stretcher duty but probably stout enough.
Quirin probably needs half a day's rest more before he's safe to move.

Sorry, lads, hate to be a burden but you know, two hit points and all.

I saw an interesting analysis last night of elf powers vs other classes and it pointed out that basically only magic users have less HP Han elves on average for any xp level. Even thieves because they level so much faster, far outstrip elves in durability.
Poor guys

No apologies necessary. We look out for each other.

March 30, 1 VC - 8:40am
Numen brings back enough wood to get a fire going and keep it lit for the remainder of the day.

Abi says, "We can eat the wolves to make our rations last a little longer but we need to get to Vaul soon. We may have to risk a forced march to get these two to safety."

Another half day of rest and Quirin should be ready to move. We may be another day or two back to Vaul.
Before we get moving again, Bertram will cut enough meat off of the wolves to feed four people tonight.

March 30, 1 VC - 7:10pm
The first part of the day passes without incident, as the group tries to wait as patiently as it can for signs that Quirin is through the worst of his body's adjustment to the injuries and starts on the road toward healing.
Finally, in the early afternoon, his breathing regularizes and his body relaxes, and the group sets to work getting on the trail as quickly as they can to minimize his exposure and hopefully outpace Largo's ongoing deterioration.
As the sun touches the horizon in the west ahead of the party, they spot the walls of the city illuminated by its slanting rays. If they keep walking, they could reach the gate before midnight, but on this rough ground it could be dangerous to do so.
Both characters lose 2 HP. Nobody needs to deduct rations thanks to the generosity of the wolves.
Largo -8 HP
Quirin -6 HP
