Do you want us to pick one for the entire army, or do you want each individual PC to have their own?

While the standards, banners and other supplies are readied, Vanco tries to find some time at a nearby church, as well as speaking with and trying to motivate those units he has been allocated.
Re: IC XIV
Severi adds to the general orders that enemy battle standards are to be captured, if this can be done without unreasonable danger. Any squad that retrieves one shall receive a bounty in gold.

Klarmont 12, AC 1000
The new day dawns with cloudy, overcast skies. It is reported that during the night three of the watchmen patrolling the shores of Fogors Isle were dragged into the river and torn to pieces by the monster haunting the deeps. In addition, three units of orcs moved into the forest east of town, reclaiming the goblin encampment; the sounds of carpentry can be heard echoing across the river as the orcs resume work on the raft the goblins had started. A sharp-eyed elven sentry claims that these orcs were forces broken off from those garrisoned on the causeway, which is now potentially undermanned. Or underorc-ed.
The adventurers assemble their units by the gates and go over the plans for the final time. The townsfolk pressed into service look nervous as they clutch bow and club; the more experienced watchmen are pale but composed. Clerics stride amongst the troops, muttering prayers and encouragement and promises of glory. Finally, when the companions give the nod and shout their commands, Sister Casria waves her hand and a half-dozen trumpeters step forward, horns to their lips, prepared to sound the start of battle.

Severi yells at them to shut up and put their horns down, unless they want to have to do their farting through them.
"We intend a surprise attack. Now open the damn gates. Today is a day of fire and blood!" His eyes shine with slightly mad sincerity.
