Re: OOC
I had already posted that Seeker was removing the wood beam, so if Gorthak decides to do it himself then Seeker will stand guard with his staff at the ready, waiting for the orcs.
I'd rather not have both of us caught by orcs and not able to fully retaliate.

Re: OOC
gorthak will help the seeker then since seeker has a better selection of weapons that don't require 10' + for room to swing em.

Re: OOC
A quick question about the campaign format.
Is everyone cool with the storyline?
i.e how I am creating a seamless thread between characters, actions, and events.
I've seen some DM's who ship ahead and just touch the highlights. I like to keep the thread intact, filling in little details here and there with dialog and slower non-combat actions. But I'm not apposed to skipping some of the fluff if it irritates some of you.
Let me know. I'm down with either way.
Thanks

I am the new guy so my word doesn't hold much but I personally enjoy the "fluff", it adds that much more to the experience. After all, it is ROLE PLAYING, and combat is only a part of it

Re: OOC
I like it I still think we need to go back and see what we can do for the remaining survivors of that town that had all sorts of strange creatures coming out at night killing one an other.

Re: OOC
Sounds good to me. It's a sandbox and everyone is free to do as they please. Even if it means going off on their own, as we already saw Zirus do. I'm glad everyone seems to be enjoying things so far. I'm gonna try to bring a little bit of everything in for each character. I have several plot threads in their initial stages and several others that may appear depending on the group's actions and travels.GreyWolfVT wrote:I like it I still think we need to go back and see what we can do for the remaining survivors of that town that had all sorts of strange creatures coming out at night killing one an other.
Should be fun. Some stuff will be more serious than others. But I'll always try to throw in some light hearted action.
Cheers

But on a more serious note I agree with SK, Roleplaying games, at least in my opinion, are about the full experience. If I wanted to play a game that was mostly combat with very little background or character interaction then I'd play a game with those elements.
Keep doing you Antman.

Sure, let's keep him as an NPC. Very much enjoying this guy. It was cool seeing him change into a giant scorpion, too. Didn't expect that.Antman9 wrote:I made a few updates to the "Maps" and "Background, Persons, Places, Things" threads. Updated items have headers in red.
Sol,
If you like you are welcome to take over Tobias the Grimalkin. That was my original intention. But don't feel as if you have to. I' ok with keeping him as an NPC. Your choice. Either way is fine with me.

Re: OOC
Seeker doesn't need anything from the looted orcs.
I say just pile it all into the cart and sell it once we get to the nearest town able to do so, after people take what they need from it.

Re: OOC
nope can't use any of that as a minotaur and not having enough weapon prof. options so load it up give it to folks that can use em or need em or otherwise sell em.
