Yes, the rubble does contain residual metal reinforcing.
1st, Silvestri has a 50% chance of being in a line-of-sight position after scooting across the floor to his current location. If not, a mutation roll is required to re position his body (must roll a 20 or above).
2nd, a mutation roll is required to lift and use chunks of rubble as missiles (a roll of 24 or above).
- 24-27 (up to 4) Chunks, 1d6 dmg. ea.
28-29 (up to 8) Chunks, 1d8 dmg. ea
30-31 (up to 10) Chunks, 1d10 dmg. ea
32+ (up to 12) Chunks, 1d16 dmg. ea
If the target is engaged in melee, there is a chance to hit another target (1:2, 1:3, etc.).
