time to get back to mech combat

We need to decide who is controlling what mech for your side.

besides your standard p1-p4 you have

F1 - badimose in a Catapult
f2 gustafason in a dervish
f3 hart in a whitworth
f4 pavlovik in a wyvern
f5 edison in an enforcer

I figure

p1/f1
p2/f2
p3/f3
p4/f4

but who wants to take f5 and since we still have yet to hear form caadium who wants p1/f1?

OK F1-F5 are going to be laying in wait while you draw the enemy out of the factory. On the map below is the spots they will be powered down and waiting.

On your mark they will power up and the round after that they can start firing. Your orders are to get at the longest range possible from the factory and start attcking the buildings to draw out the enemy then shooting retreat and get them to chase you. use speed and terrain to try and not give them an easy shot until you draw them into the long range fire of the fire support lance

I will start a new thread for the battle and a update the mech sheet thread with you company mates mechs

In the mech sheet thread I have added the Crusaders Fire lance. listed are their

designation - class sign gunnery/piloting target numbers

along with the mech sheets so you can see what they pilot, weapons, heat sinks, etc.

Chuck talked to Caadium. he is super busy (I assume because of the holidays/end of year) but doesn't want to drop out. We will run this battle and see if he free's up by the end if so he can rejoin, if not I will look for a replacement.

This battle may not run as quick as the others because of the size (company on company) and because I am in the tail end of a giant project that goes live 1/7 as well as the holiday/end of year processing. I spoke with diamondspear and he said for the next month he will probably only post in the evenings. so it may just be a once or twice a day posting.

you guys can go ahead and post all of your mechs movement for this 1st round. there will be no fire and all of the enemy mechs are still parked at the facility

Sad to hear that Wolfpack but I understand. Guess there are a small number of us Battle Tech/Mech Warrior types on this site.
