She sighs again.
"I'd rather not leave a closed door at our backs..."
She will test the handle first to make sure it is indeed locked. If so she will place her hand on the glass and generate ice.
just in case

As Permafrost generates some cold ice onto the glass, the window contracts and starts to crack. A well-placed punch could knock most of the glass out of the frame now.

As Elsa generates ice and the window begins to crack raven takes off his coat and then places it with one of his hands on the window, mostly covering the hole,
"muffles some of the sound and helps with glass cuts, not sure why I know this though." He then uses his other hand and punches the middle of the area to break the glass out.
Also just in case.

Permafrost will look through window.
"I had hoped your First memories to surface might not involve violence.. "
She smiles. "Perhaps one of these rooms will contain computers...or other records that will shed some light on your memory loss."
If she spies nothing dangerous in the room she will reach through to open the lock or handle within.

"hm, if thats the case you may not need to worry about me defending myself." Raven watches down the hallway as Permafrost looks through the window.

Permafrost reaches through the window and unlocks the door from the inside, and then opens the door.

Looking inside the small room, the place is complete wreck. Items scattered all over the floor, empty and half empty cleaners, a shelf full of aged containers, some of the warning labels barely legible. The sink is rusted and shows years of age and disuse. A mop and bucket can be found in the corner, still standing upright, and the air inside is stale, heavy with the aroma of chemicals.

"Well, If we decide to do some house keeping..." she says opening the door for Raven to see,
"We know where to start. On to the next room?"
"A janitor closet may contain keys. Let's have a look."

If we don't find keys:
If the next door is locked and there's a window, she will perform the same trick.

she doesn't want to blast through doors because there could be breakables beyond.

Your search of the room yields nothing of interest. You can tell from how everything is tossed around that either the previous janitor happened to be an extremely messy person himself, or someone tore through the room looking for something, locking the door afterwards.
The next room down the hall has its door already ajar, but when you try to open it all the way, the doors slams into something. Peering through the door's opening, it looks as if someone created a makeshift barricade of potted plants, a table and some chairs stacked high. It is quite heavy and is hard to move. The light inside the room is flickering, nothing else can be seen beyond the barricade.

I'm going to have to rule against that. The act of melting ice would fall into the realm of heat energy control, which your character does not wield as a power. The ice you generate can melt through normal means though, though depending on the rank value of the power and the conditions of the attempted melting that is present, it could take either very long to melt it or no time at all.
Also, you cannot control water that is melted from the ice you generate, because that fall under realms of the water control power. You can certainly freeze the water again with your ice generation, giving control back, but most of this is common sense I think.

"Any suggestions on how to get in?" Elsa asks Raven.
"I guess I could put a sheet of ice over the door, If you would rather come back to it?"

As Raven peers into the room through the small opening in the door He puts his hand on his head,
"Wait... I think... I can do this, hold on..." Raven spots a clear space in the room and starts to teleport.

When Raven teleports into the room successfully, he is instantly taken by surprise as he gazes upon his surroundings in horror and slight nausea, gagging a few times before finally gaining control of himself. Like something out of a sci-fi horror flick (the kinds that people watch these days), the floor is found scattered with mutilated human bodies, or what Raven think might have been human. Half-eaten and blood splattered almost everywhere, some of the bodies are found huddled in corners, trying to shield others, some on top of the barricade's other side, trying to flee the room, all of which are very dead. A shiny green residue can also be found splattered here and there, a bright contrast in comparison to all of the red and brown that he can see. The flickering of the ceiling lights only add to the ominous air in the place.
A trail of said blood and green residue can be found leading into a newly created hole in the wall, a tunnel leading further underground from the looks of things.

As Raven looks around his first moments awake flash before his eyes. The ground littered with bodies of both mutated and normal, mutilated to the point that distinguishing between them was almost impossible, limbs lay scatter apart from torsos.
He crawled out of that hellish place half dead only to jump head first into it again.
As all of the images hit him he falls to one knee and is visibly shaking, almost to the point of retching before he can calm himself and regain his composure. He shakily stands up and begins to move the objects blocking the doors path, before opening it he peeks through the cracked door and looks at Elsa, "we can continue through here if you want be you better prepare yourself, the hell I spoke of starts here."

Elsa is visibly shaken by the horrors within. She staggers against a wall and slides down to her knees weeping.
After several moments she turns back to the room and sits.
"Helll." she nods in agreement. She rests her head on her knees trying not to hyperventilate, and weeps some more before composing herself.
She stares blankly at the gore and mutters "I've... I've... "
Her voice cracks, trying to choke back icy tears.
"I've never seen such cruelty. " She stands again, making herself take in the grizzly scene.
"What could be so...cruel? "
Her eyes follow the trail to the hole.
"These poor souls....she shakes her head in terrible sadness that visibly turns to anger as tiny icy spikes form on her translucent skin. "I will hunt this thing down. I've never longed for vengeance as I do now. This murderer will find an icy grave!"

Raven watches as Elsa's skin forms icy spikes, "hm.. Alright then, let's hunt down whatever did this. It may provide me some answers as well." He then starts to head into the tunnel with Elsa with him.
