Gwillt freezes in histracks and lowers his profile to avoid detection. Ahead, in the heart of the swampy mess, he spots a party of troglodytes emerging from what is apparently their lair. So far, a half dozen or so of the stinky beasts have come into view, but more are still filing out.
They have not spotted you... yet, but those that have already emerged are congregating by the entrance and the party had not tipped off which direction they will very soon be heading.

Gwillt immediately turns and, staying as low to the ground and as quiet as possible, retreats from the area.
Once he is out of visual range, he will raise to his full height and continue at his fastest possible speed. If he happens across Shanny during that time, all he says as he passes the halfling is, "run!"
When he is certain he is/they are safely away from the trogs, he'll slow down to a normal walking pace and fill Shanny in on what he saw.

Shannigans hears the incoming rustling before he sees anything. He backs up and begins the run back to Ohare once again.
The ranger eventually gets within range of seeing, and passing, the halfling. As Shannigans notices that it is the human who was rapidly approaching, he calms a bit and stops. Just as he is about to speak, the ranger, without slowing, says, "Run."
The halfling, now at a standstill, looks back in the direction that Gwilt had came, and sees nothing. His eye widens as he realizes the human is probably the wiser here and gives chase to catch up.

From the lair
Gwillt , spying the troglodytes, immediately turns and, staying as low to the ground and as quiet as possible, retreats from the area. Confident he has escaped and is out of visual range, the ranger raises to his full height and begins to run at full speed in the direction from which they came.
Shannigans hears the incoming rustling before he sees anything. As the halfling notices it is the human approaching -- rapidly -- he calms a bit, excited to see his companion survived the last attack. Just as Shannigans is about to speak, the ranger, without slowing, says, "Run." The halfling looks beyond Gwillt and sees nothing, but realizes the ranger would not be retreating without reason and gives chase.
---
When the pair are certain they are safely away from the trogs, they return to a normal walking pace and Gwillt informs Shannigans of his discovery... the troglodyte lair.
So, what are the two of you going to do? At this point, you are roughly half way between O'Hare and the lair.

Re: 12. Tracking the Trogs (for Alethan and Stonjuz only)
Our goal was to find the trog lair and report back. With the lair found, we should return to O'Hare and report to the others. Shanny needs a bit of healing, too... In truth, Gwillt wouldn't mind a bit of healing, as well.

The two work their way back to Ohare.
Re: 12. Tracking the Trogs (for Alethan and Stonjuz only)
You guys are on your way back to O'Hare. I need for a situation in the other thread to play out a bit as you two are behind them (due to the time you spent traveling that they didn't).
Plus, I'm super busy today at work and will be out tonight car shopping so my time will be limited.
