"Sounds like the beginning, lets go."

The Elf does not hide his slight discomfort at the thought of making an alliance with gnolls, but he does not voice out, instead following the lead of the more experienced group

Bugs
Bugs tightens his pack to trot out ahead, then gets wind of the change of plans, so turns about and trots ahead toward the gnoll river area. He'll stay about 60ft ahead of the group, looking for issues.

Loyn laughs at Croebus’s comment about why they give up their weapons, “We’re not all about law and order like you! You just give off that holy warrior glow! He stays closer to Gyb, as they head toward the camp. Considering the possible outcomes of the blood oath that was made with the gnoll leader.

One Short Of A Baker's Dozen
Day before Gnoll day
Early Morning, Cool Clear
When Magdal pulls out her pretty key charm, wearing it for everyone to see, more than one person suggests that it reminds them of the strange hive toting Bee Lady whom they met on their first trip into the Keep.
Stobart uses his healing power to aid the group, saving the rest for later.
When the party heads towards the visible gnoll in the distance, he ducks back into the forest as they approach.
Nothing else is found outside, but when the large group arrives closer to their copse of trees, several gnolls exit the treeline, their leader standing out in front of them with weapon in hand. He shouts out in Gnollish. "Why have you returned to us before our agreed upon time?"

Magdal
Magdal resolves to seek out this bee lady at some point but now was not the time considering the current circumstances. She follows along stopping at the sight of the gnolls. She remains calm though she felt anything but that.

"Hello. I am Keya Redd, as you know, we are attempting to get back some of the humans promised to you that were kidnapped by other humans.
If you join us you will get full share in treasure and we will take a step to knowing each other better. Ha, and you can take them with you when we are done."

Day BEFORE Gnoll Day
Early Morning, Cool Clear
Behind this group of a dozen gnolls and their larger leader, several spears and arrows can be seen sticking out from the greenery of the forest.
The leader takes a step forward but still appears apprehensive about the sheer size of this new group.
He looks confused when Keya responds. "What?" He looks back at the others, but none seem to understand the meaning behind the Rangers words.
"Humans promised to us who were kidnapped by other humans? What the hells are you talking about?"

"Huh. Doesn't someone speak gnolish? Or did we leave them back at the caves? We may have to back off." Bugs smiles warmly at the gnolls, making sure everyone knows to keep weapons down and faces friendly.

Crobeus - Human Paladin
Hearing, but not understanding, the brief conversation between the gnolls and Keya, the paladin can see that the gnolls are not really accepting whatever the ranger said. When the talking pauses for a moment, Crobeus clears his throat and speaks up, trusting that his words will be translated. "Uh, hello. My name is Crobeus. I know we have not met, and you have some sort of deal with some of our group. We were just at the caves, and some of our group was captured, so we are heading back to try rescuing them from the bandits who captured them. It was mentioned that bandits have taken over your home and you had formed an alliance with some of our group to go back and drive them out.
I know that tomorrow was the agreed upon date, but we were hoping you may be willing to move that up to today and accompany us now. We are afraid that if we wait another day, our people will no longer be alive. Since our goals are similar, if we were able to add your brave warriors to our numbers, we would be an unstoppable force and drive the invaders out of your homes and get our people back.
So, what say you?"

Magdal remains quiet though listening to the conversation intently. Not fully understanding what was going on she needed to get a grasp on the situation.

Gyb
Gyb waits for Crobeus to finish, then pipes up in the Gnoll's own language. "Greetings Tammuz. It is Gyb".
"Gyb remembers the deal to go to the caves begins tomorrow." Gyb holds up his palm to show the scar upon it. "But our friends are prisoners now. By bandits. In the caves. They may die."
"Since we are going to the caves now, we ask if you wish to go now also. There are many of us. With your warriors we will be greater. Save our friends. Take back your homes".

Pimlan as somewhat usual feels very lost in what is going on currently, he merely tenses a bit and rests his hand on his sword pommel.

Meinhardt

"If I may interject." He says, a statement as much as a question. "We share a common enemy. The priests that command the dead! They are the ones who drove you from your home, and it is they who have captured our friends. They are also the ones who command the bandits, but most of them we have already killed." He sweeps his hand, gesturing to the assembled group, noting the gnoll's hesitation at their number. "If you help us today, we shall become even stronger tomorrow, and the priests will be weakened when we reclaim your home."
