The rules for secret doors states that you just need to be next to one to try and discover it. If there are two next to you and you roll successfully do you find them both?
Turn 4 is dependent on turn 3 results.
Rex moves down the passage and enters the SW room (the first he comes to).
Do you want to just use my previous rolls?
Hmm, sorry I realize Rex reached the room in Turn Three. I’ve fixed that and included DadsAngry Turn 3 in the edited Turn 3 post. If folks catch a mistake don't hesisate to let me know.
So Rex, you can restate your Turn 4 action in light of the revised Turn 3. DA can post his Turn 4 action.
Evok takes his treasure and goes across the hall to the other secret door he discovered. He opens it and steps in with a lighting bolt filling the room.

You can keep your set of rolls, but each secret door needs its own roll
Turn Three
…DA’s Evok detects the east secret door (one door per roll) and casts a fireball within. It incinerates a ferocious werewolf. Evok finds a silver ring (2,000 gp).
Turn Order / Player / Adventurer / Color / Treasure
#1 / Greywolf / Hero / Blue / 1,250 gp
#2 / Guru / Superhero / Red / 0 (dropped the 250 gp)
#3 / Grog / Superhero / Red knight mini / 2,000 gp
#4 / DadsAngry / Wizard / White / 0 (dropped 2,000 gp)
#5 / Rex / Hero / Blue / 1,750 gp
Grey' Moes and Grog's Erekose move as Guru rests from his troll wounds,
Evok the Observant finds another secret door. He opens and casts a lightning bolt at a menacing mummy. The undead monster is unaffected by the magic and batters the wizard! Dungeon T4 mummy attack on Evok [2d6]=6 Evok drops one treasure and retreats one space.
Rex admires his +1 magic sword gained from the slain goblin. Rex enters a nearby room and fights a skeleton. His enchanted blade kills the undead, and Rex finds a sack with 750 gp.
The board at end of Turn Four:
Monster and Treasure Cards
Guru’s Beryl Ruby and DA’s Evok L4 treasures are face-down, yet to be won.
Evok's spell book
Whole Board Close Ups with Secret Doors and Level Banners
Arranged in clockwise order from northwest section, northeast, southeast, southwest. The banner levels and secret doors can be seen. Level colors: gold (1), green (2), orange (3), purple (4), red (5), blue (6)
Turn Five
Declare movement and, if necessary, rolls! Guru's Beryl Ruby can get back in action.
As of end of Turn Four:
Greywolf - L1 500, L1 750 = 1,250 gp / 10,000gp
Guru - 0 (L1 250 dropped in L4 troll room) / 20,000
Grog - L4 2,000 / 20,000
DadsAngry - 0 (L4 2,000 dropped in L4 mummy room) / 30,000
Rex - L1 500, L1 Magic Sword (500), L1 750 = 1,750 / 10,000
Rex slays the skeleton.

Question. If I return to the room with the mummy do I draw another monster card or will the monster stay the same?

The monster is the same, occupying that room for anyone who enters it.

Stephen:
Evok catches his breath, rolls up the sleeves on his robe, and marches back into the west room with the mummy.
This time he casts a fireball and lights the mummy up.
Whoosh! Turn 5 - Fireball Attack [2d6]=8 I guess the treasure would remain the same too but just in case it didn't. Turn 5 - L4 Treasure [1d18]=6
Spells: one teleport, 1 fireball, and 2 lightning bolts.

Gurusql Turn Five: After licking his wounds on turn 4, Beryl Ruby continues down the corridor and returns to the room with the Troll.
Level 4 Monster: Troll Attack: [_2d6]=(1+5)=6 Level 4 Treasure: [1d18]=10 (I did not re-roll, assuming it stays the same)

Moes moves south two spaces and then turns west and enters the room (green room).
Rex moves out of the room and heads west his full move, in the intersection near the Guard Room.
Sword +1 (500gp) and 1250gp = 1750gp

Beryl Ruby battles the troll.
Turn Five
Turn Order / Player / Adventurer / Color / Treasure
#1 / Greywolf / Hero / Blue / 2,250 gp
#2 / Guru / Superhero / Red / 0 (dropped the 250 gp)
#3 / Grog / Superhero / Red knight mini / 2,000 gp
#4 / DadsAngry / Wizard / White / 4,500 gp
#5 / Rex / Hero / Blue / 1,750 gp
Moes enters a 2nd level room and encounters another giant spider, perhaps the mate to the one he killed earlier. He slays the arachnid and finds a sack of 1,000 gp in a web.
Erekose delves into a 5th level chamber and encounters a witch. He greets her evil seductions with his sword, thrusting deep until she dies. Alas no treasure.
Beryl Ruby finds the troll a difficult foe. It regenerates and claws the superhero. Dungeon T5 troll attack on Beryl [2d6]=6 Beryl falls back one space (and would drop a treasure, but already did so and has no more. This room’s treasure card was drawn on first entry, and is face down in Beryl’s card pile.)
Evok returns to the mummy's crypt and burns the unholy creature with a fireball. The wizard finds a gold cup (2,500 gp) hidden in the coffin, and recovers his dropped silver ring.
Rex moves west through the dim dungeon corridor.
The board at end of Turn Four:
Monster and Treasure Cards
Evok's face-down L4 treasure card, drawn upon first entry in the mummy room, is now turned over as he killed the monster.
Whole Board Close Ups with Secret Doors and Level Banners
Arranged in clockwise order from northwest section, northeast, southeast, southwest. The banner levels and secret doors can be seen. Level colors: gold (1), green (2), orange (3), purple (4), red (5), blue (6)
Rex goes through the Guard Room and continues south, ending up in front of the door to the green room.
Sword +1 (500gp) and 1250gp = 1750gp
Per the rules, chambers have monsters but no treasure. So go ahead and edit in a monster roll (1d8 for L2) and attack roll for the Guard Room chamber. Thanks.

Moes leaves the room he is in and moves south 2 spaces then turns and goes west 1 space and enters the room. I think I counted that right and that looks to be a door I hope.
Evok leaves the room he is in and heads north back to the Main Gallery.

Erekose is set upon by giant
Turn Six
Turn Order / Player / Adventurer / Color / Treasure
#1 / Greywolf / Hero / Blue / 3,250 gp
#2 / Guru / Superhero / Red / 0 (dropped the 250 gp)
#3 / Grog / Superhero / Red knight mini / 2,000 gp
#4 / DadsAngry / Wizard / White / 4,500 gp
#5 / Rex / Hero / Blue / 1,750 gp
Moes moves south and west into another room. He invades the crypt of a ghoul. The hero's luck and skill continue as he vanquishes the undead and discovers a magic sword (1,000 gp)! Roll 2d6 to determine if +1 or +2.
The troll keeps regenerating as Beryl Ruby hacks away. The troll lashes the superhero. Dungeon T6 troll attack on Beryl [2d6]=9 Beryl falls back two spaces and loses a turn.
Erekose enters the 5th level room and is set upon by a giant! His sword is ineffective and the giant's club nearly smashes him but the plucky superhero dodges. Dungeon T6 giant attack on Erekose [2d6]=11 No effect; next turn may leave space or attack.
Evok the wizard, treasures in hand, strides north.
Rex continues west into the ruins of an old Guard Chamber. There dwells a giant lizard, which the hero easily dispatches. The chamber is bereft of treasure. (Note: Movement ended upon reaching the chamber, then the fight, so Rex did not continue beyond it per his post.)
The board at end of Turn Six:
Monster and Treasure Cards
Erekose's 5L treasure card is drawn but face down as it's yet to be won. I had miscounted initially and thought Erekose was fighting a green slime , but it was a giant. Not that it mattered with my attack roll.
Whole Board Close Ups with Secret Doors and Level Banners
Arranged in clockwise order from northwest section, northeast, southeast, southwest. The banner levels and secret doors can be seen. Level colors: gold (1), green (2), orange (3), purple (4), red (5), blue (6)
Turn Seven
Declare movement and, if necessary, rolls! Beryl Ruby is recovering from his wounds for Turn Seven.
