So how will XP allocation work? The rules state that XP is awarded at the end of each session! What constitutes a "Session"?

XP will be awarded every time you ask a question. You'll all be level 10 by monday! I'll just award XP every time you guys earn XP so that I don't forget.

Getting XP for earning XP is brilliant! That will level us up in no time.

XP: 200
XP Award: 100 XP for earning 200 XP
XP Award: 50 XP for earning 100 XP
XP Award: 25 XP for earning 50 XP
...

Do non humans have their own gods? Or do they worship the same ones as the humans?

I went with Filongar for my Elf. Seemed to fit my idea of the character.

So do we as a group want to pool some resources together and hire a couple of torch-bearers, camp aides? It was a suggestion earlier we could follow up. One player has a mastiff so in effect that is an extra bite and someone to sniff out trouble.

I have some gold I can put in a team pot. What do you guys think?

Can a candle be placed inside a lantern for an easier way to carry it while lit?

I am for it, but Nym only has 5gp left.

Basic troopers are 3gp/month.
How much is a candle-carrier/bearer? I can put 1gp in.

I could pitch in 1gp as well (although Weezel is pretty low on funds).

Yes a candle should function the same inside a lantern.

As for hiring people, Volokarnos has some provisions regarding that. I'll look it up when I can.
