Tiberius: How about: Noor was looking into the money trail between nobles and Iku Pupa. She found some irregularities and enlisted Tiberius and others to help her run things down. Possibly they ran a sting operation, her event involved her charming her way through high society. Maybe Tiberius went undercover and wore a wire to gather incriminating information? Posing as high society and meeting powerful and dangerous people while trying to get them to cut us into deals. Assuming we learn the same skill, we could learn deception, investigate, persuade, or streetwise.

Pranit: How do you feel about being a personal trainer for Noor? They could have met, as you say, during some ceremony and hit it off. She had some unpleasantness a few years earlier and asked Pranit to help train her in self-defense. Another possibility is the gambling angle. Noor gambled. She was exposed to high stakes and high-class casinos while dating a powerful noble during her first term as an Administrator. Maybe she and Pranit were in a regular game for a few years? We learn melee, athletics, or carouse. For the gambling path, we could learn gambling, carouse, streetwise, or deception.

Bidding: Noor has many of the package skills. I'd like to toss her hat in the ring for melee and science.
For the additional stuff: Contact(media) is incredibly easy for her. The locked equipment case would also fit, it could have been in the car she escaped in.

If we link Noor and Tiberius, then it looks like Reven and Nalani are the final pairing.

Reven may have met Indrani & the Sparks Navy in an official capacity or been under escort by them
Reven may have met Nālani, who kept up contact with the Queen of the Belt after her smuggling days

Noor, I would like the idea of me teaching you zero G movement. I could add Melee to my list, which might me more useful thantremote operations I was looking at.

It would. It is difficult to read back through many posts and find links or bid choices that are not contradicting each other. Battledress would suit Arnwulf though another expressed the preference first, Pranit I think. Not sure. I think certain picks are going to be more popular or character functional, melee for example.

If it helps with choices. I will take Vacc Suit.

Do we still get a 'team package' to choose ir is this bidding it?

I don't think connections have to choose same skills. So I can go with the Nalani connection amd stick with learning Electronics (comms) and if no one else takes it I will take
