Tig- I actually started posting with a teleport in and out, then saw that in the book and had to rewrite. Never played Psi in Traveller before.
No worries at all mate!
Here's the "full filth" on the strategic deployment of Zhodani psi skills [and how they all work together] (great website) https://www.freelancetraveller.com/feat ... mandos.htm but just at the static tactical level imagine the daily moral erosive "joy" of "Scramblers" (TKs guided by Clairvoyants in the 70's but drones nowerdays!) and (heaven forbid) if you ever meet the "Full Monty" Guards units - there's that bloke you're "suddenly" aware of just as the mag drops off your weapon and all the pins on your grenades... er... migrate!!!

Roscoe will send a brief message to Walt and Garvin. “She’s alive. Badly injured but alive.”
Then the airlock opened and a Marine in full combat gear comes stumbling in, completely out of breath. He’ll take one look at the autodoc and sag. “Thank god.”
He turns his head slightly, speaking into a helmet microphone. “She’s in an autodoc and alive.”
Then he looked at Roscoe. “How can you run that fast? I’m in shape but I couldn’t come close to you and you were carrying her.”
“I’m a sprinter,” Roscoe said, his expression guileless. “I almost made it into the Iridium Games last time.”
“I’ll just bet you did. Too bad. You’d have taken the gold. We need to get the gear off the station, and the captain will order us to secure the this ship until he arrives. We’ll have to lock everything down until we figure out what happened. How did that guy get past us?”
“I think you know. Psionics.”
The Marine almost spat. “Damned Zhos. If he was willing to go for her, there will be another one around to pick up the slack. That means they’ll know about the find. Or something like it, anyway. That idiot with with mouth almost got the Assistant Director killed. She’ll have to go back to the destroyer as soon as she’s safe to transport.”
Roscoe looked to the others, seeming uncertain what to say next.

The Marine seemed to consider that and shrugged.
“Until I hear different, that’s fine with me. The captain might not see it that way, though.”
The other Marines return with the academics. Disheveled and at gun point. Two of the Marines get the cargo heading for the ship.
“What is the meaning of this,” demanded the so-called Captain of knowledge.
“I demand to be released this instant!”

Arkar hearing this in his head as a

Growler-
Not having the insight as to what transpired before Garvin’s “Code Brown”, he is happy the remaining Marine is looking at him when Arker pops into the scene next to Garvin.
”We, I should say we. Our friend Arkar also is here to help.”
He dead-lifts the psi assassin’s body onto the grav cart next to the crated artifacts, retrieves the assassin’s knife from the floor using a cloth ripped from the assassin’s shirt, and steps over to push the grav cart. But growler pauses as the other Marines return and Garvin initiates actions with Capt o’ Knowledge.
Seeing him crumple, Walt growls: ”Well then, I suppose we need to arrest him too…but he has to come with us.”
Over the net, but he makes this statement verbally so the Marines and everybody else thinks it’s over a comm: ”We’re bringing in two carts and two bodies. One cold, one warm. Silencer, come to meet us…and bring the neural pulverizer.”
He reaches down and dead lifts the chubby Capt in another impressive show of strength, and he tosses him onto Arker’s cart…none too gingerly. Turning to the Marines:
”You four, apprehend Captain Crunch’s associates and take them to your destoyer. You four, follow your orders and escort us and Treegarden’s things to the ship. Move fast or we’ll run you over.”
He projects telempathy on the squad leader of trust in Growler, and sense loyalty and duty to their last orders.
(He’d apply a hint of Telekinesis to both bodies he’s touching as needed to make the lifts).

Not a house rule. They count as carried weight. If you were attempting to teleport someone else without carrying them, i.e. alone, that is a special Zho talent.

Problem. You need to know where you are going and the layout. Walt got it by clairvoyance. You could also use technological means, but there isn't anything watching that area right now. By the time you can manage something, Roscoe will be there with Treegarden or you'll have to run to the location as you are. Or try clairvoyance. What'll it be?

You have an unconscious prisoner, a dead assassin, and a small group of terrified hangers on in tow since the Marines aren't letting them out of their sight. In minutes, you have arrived at the ship and loaded the dead man, the unconscious one, and the cargo.
What now? The Marines are sure they need to be waiting for officers, but you have a short window to convince them otherwise.
