In the brig, you finally find something. On the base of the beat-up fresher, behind the manufacturer’s nameplate--which wiggled the tiniest bit and made you push it aside--you find a slot that matches the data stick, which you are the one carrying, I believe. What do you do?

Movement overhead caught Garvin and Arkar's attention. One of the Standard Engineer Droids was climbing in through the damaged area. A second could be seen behind him. The HUDs in your suits updated showing them as friendly and even labeled them as what they were. Roscoe must have programmed the combat vacc suits to recognize them. Perhaps even had IFF transponders installed on the droids to make sure there were no mistakes.

Shortly after that (with enough time to let Garvin search and the other players to do their next actions) Walter makes his own way past the damage. "Not everyone needs your help, Robot."

The man walks slowly back to the engineering hatch and stops dead in his tracks. His combat HUD (and everyone else's) flashes bright red and labels a potentially hostile threat just through the engineering hatch and off to his right. A buzzing alarm in everyone's ears makes sure no one misses this change in status.

"Ambush!" Walter pulls his heavy handgun (looks like he didn't grab one of the new body pistols) and opens fire.



He hits the other figure but almost spins himself around in the zero-G environment.
