Thanks guys - its actually the island of Tenerife - a popular destinations for us Brits as we actually get to see the sun once in a while!
On the fishing I have no idea either - I guess it means really good or bad as its at one end of the scale isn't it!

Enjoy your time on the Canaries, Sam. Love these islands myself, especially Lanzarote. Been too long since I've been there myself... :(

I saw the chart to choose secondary skill/profession from. I didnt see any of them as must-haves.
I'm taking Community Organizer. ;)
If I have to choose one from that list, I'll take Gardening (for herbs and such).

You don't have to choose one. It is just a chance for players to set their PCs with a skill (or two) they wouldn't normally have.

OK. My bad on how I read the secondary skill rule. Malone will have magically learned masonry in his youth. It relies on strength, which he has plenty of, and seems like a military skill (building forts).

Masonry is actually a logical choice for Malone. He may have trained with sappers and learned about fortifications. All the stuff he was taught about bringing walls down also taught him to realize what holds them up in the first place.

[Cross-posting this here...]

I've picked lapidary for Thurinor. Seems to match his artisan background and love of shiny objects, ha ha... This is actually pretty cool timing to flesh out our characters a bit more... :D

EDIT: Realizing I should have had Thurinor pick up the amber, or rather that he would have done so given his precious stone interests... Any chance of retcon-ing that in? ;-)

Secondary skill roll: [1d100] = 7 (no extra skills)

Gardening.
In one previous game/life, Stonjuz ran a homeless shelter and he grew the food. So it fits with background.
rolled a 48 , so no second.

You already did that. the only tracks Ogirdor found were leading from the clearing along the lake's margin to the SW. I assume these are the ones that will be followed because they also "follow the water" and the party seems intent on doing the same.

Ok, thanks Vargr, I think I misunderstood the tracking from the previous day.

I think it is time to start handing out XP. That plant thing was worth a whopping amount and a lot of killing has been done so far. We will discriminate among who had actually joined the party by the time each combat occurred, so here goes.

Original Party Composition: Malone, Ogirdor, Ozborn, Andrin

1 x Vilstrak = 3xp each PC

Stonjuz and Turinor join the Party

5 x Giant Bat = 13xp each PC

1 x Steam Mephit = 38xp each PC

13 x Muckdwellers = 22xp each PC

Swilbosh joins the Party

1 x Giant Crow + 7 x Huge Crows = 60xp each PC

2 x Needlemen = 44xp each PC

1 x Bloodthorn = 399xp each PC

Final XP Tally per PC

Malone Marcus: 579 xp

Ogirdor: 579 xp

Ozborn Greynight: 579 xp

Andrin: 579 xp

Stonjuz D'Eyeurnhed: 576 xp

Thurinor Sael: 576 xp

Swilbosh: 503 xp

Oh yes, I totally forgot about the 10% PX bonus for high Prime Requisite Scores. Please adjust accordingly.

And folks playing multi-classed PCs remember, the XP is divided evenly among your two classes and then the XP bonus of each (if you have it) is applied.

Guys, I need a breather.

Honestly, I can't be bothered to run even a combat round now. :?

Let's call it a week. After I recharge my batteries we'll resume the campaign.
