Elanriel
Elanriel keeps watch out in the corridor and listens for any sounds of more Orcs approaching, particularly from the passageway to the North.

Talrand will keep his attention towards the groups back. "What do you suppose he was planning to do with these little furballs?"

Haribal chimes into the conversation walking up to the group to see what they spy in the room "Well ferrets make good rat killers you know. They may use them for that and to chase off folks like us."

Egon
"Those would be awful big rats." Egon will do a quick search of the room for anything valuable.

The orc has a thick silver bracelet with writing in dwarvish on it; this reads
“happy coming of age, Dalmund.” You can presume Dalmund was a dwarf and was slain by the orc now wearing the bracelet. There is nothing else of value in this room.

"I am taking this silver bracelet, it has Dwarven runes on it. it looks like it is a coming of age charm. When we get out of here I will try to return it to the closest Dwarf settlement." Egon tucks it in his pouch.

XLore- Keeps a watch out with Talrand as they kill the Orc and befriend the Ferret.

Seems everybody is either waiting for the reaction of the other ferret or keeping watch or both. So I think I have time to do something here.
Urtesi
"I will look over the cavern with stalactites to see if we can rest there". He walks to the cavern and circles the room, looking at the walls closely. He will check if the floor is even and dry enough to be able to sleep there.
Actively checking for secret passages in the cavern.

The ferret doesn't react merely stays in the cage hidden from danger. The orc is slain and the ferret in the cage looks lost as if it's master is now gone. Searching the small cave like room it appears to be safe if a little wet having water dripping from the ceiling into the pool in the north section. Having no door will make it interesting to defend but at least it only has the one hallway. No secret passage in the cave room is found.

Urtesi returns to the group and relays the information. "I think the cavern is quite safe and out of the way, but it's wet. Maybe we can use this room here instead, if we take out the trash first." He gestures toward the slain ferret trainer.

Seeing the reaction of the ferret, Weston ponders aloud "I wonder if that poor thing was brought up from a pup and thinks of that orc as it's parent, it seems a little lost"
He will look around for some food suitable for a ferret (??, perhaps raw meat if they eat rodents) and if he finds some crouch down and throw it to the ferret while making encouraging noises.

Delsenora
"I agree, Weston". She stops and thinks a moment.
Pursing her lips, she taps her teeth with a fingertip.
"You know, Orcs and Goblins are a mostly superstitious, cowardly and stupid lot, Weston" and to anyone else who happens
to be within earshot.
"Now I am just putting this out there, but wouldn't a Priestess of Lolth be very helpful here for any other groups of Orcs here we might encounter?"
Grinning she continues with her idea. "Suppose I disguise myself as one. I am betting we coud learn some very useful tidbits about what
is going on here and where the missing priest is."

Xlore- I could cloak up. Hide my face unless one of you have any white powder? I would need a crossbow as the Drow are not known to carry a Long Bow. As extra security for Delsenora.

Elanriel
Hearing Delsenora's plan, Elanriel quietly scowls to herself but doesn't say anything.
Posing as a Priestess of Lolth seemed like a clever idea, and more than a little fun and exciting, but also quite dangerous. What if the Orcs didn't buy it? Delsenora and Xlore could end up in really bad trouble, maybe even dead. The thought caused Elanriel a degree of anguish but she didn't want to let anyone know. She guessed she'd just have to have faith that Delsenora could pull it off, or that if things went badly she could somehow get to her friend and rescue her in time ... I meant 'them' ... both of them ... rescue them in time, she corrected herself as she continued keeping lookout.

Haribal helps keep watch and looks a little upset with the plan but does find some of the aspects clever. "While the idea of your plan scares me a bit it could work the orcs are fairly vile creatures but they aren't the brightest either."

Urtesi does not have any white powder and he says so to Xlore.

"Yes, when the opportunity presents itself." They had killed a number of orcs with their suprise raid, but the group had been gradually worn down and there was no sign of the missing priest. Finding something out by tricking the orcs would be at least a small victory.
"We should rest now, however. It should still be daytime, maybe not even noon. Most orcs seem to be sleeping or drinking right now but we may see more of them when night comes."
He grabs the ferret trainer by the boots and moves him a few inches towards the door, but stops.
"This may leave dragging marks... can anyone give me a hand? Want to move it to the next room so we don't need to rest next to a corpse. These animals seem cleaner than the orcs, so this room stinks the least."

Weston nods at the suggestion of resting "It would be wise to rest before we meet more of these creatures. Although it may be worth sending some of our less injured members to check out that last door, just to minimise the chances of being surprised.

"I can help move the body." He then heads over and grabs the other end. "Got to be more to this place unless they are in the last room."

Xlore begins to search the room as the body is taken out. We should rest before we attempt to trick these Orcs.

If we rest then I have a couple of spells that I can see if Lord Azuth will allow me to swap for healing
