(inside Chances car)
Norm the busboy points to the west.
My Uncle Lesters garage is that way. Make a left at the fork in the road, I'll show you. Its about 5 miles from here.
(there is a rough map in the MAP section)

Steve is having a little trouble. One creature is still holding on to the car, trying to get into the missing window.
(lets give Marcel a chance to post)

As you drive a bit, you see a purse laying in the field where Barb the waitress was attacked.
Norm the busboy
Maybe Barbs keys were still in her purse.

Steve B. - Trucker

Looking for the first quick place with few-to-no creepys walking around, Steve swerves/slams on the brakes and hopes it comes off.(if not....he'll put the car in park and try hitting it with the club)

(if necessary)Short Handled ATT 65 : [1d100] = 65

Steve swerves, then breaks, slows down, then speeds up. The damn thing wont let go!! Its starts to pull itself into the car even more. It tries to lean forward to bite you.....but in its eagerness to get a tasty snack, it releases its grip on the door to try & grab you.....and promptly falls out. The car rolls over the thing with a meaty >THUD!< and you see a road pizza in the rear view window as you join the group.

You see that jogging zombie moving down the side of the road again. A thin middle-aged man dressed in a running suit, earbuds still in his ears, but IPOD gone, jogging along the shoulder of the road. Not what you would call fast, but a hell of a lot faster than the other creatures you've seen. You would think he was just a guy out for a morning run except for the blood on his arm and several fingers missing. He jogs down the side of the road, totally ignoring you, his head down, looking at the pavement as he seems to try & keep up his pace. Strange....

Front Seat of Chance's Car

Tucker simply stares at the jogging zombie as we pass, keeping his eyes locked on it as we go.

Chance, driving

Chance drives slowly and carefully, trying to avoid any zombies as they make their way to Norm's uncle's auto shop. "Hey Norm, what kind of a man is your uncle? He's gonna be all freaked out just like the rest of us, and he's not gonna know my car. Will he come out shooting?"

He's nice.....but tough. I don't know with all this going on. We should be ok.... I hope. He has a dog, Blackie, don't try to pet him.

Steve waves a big thumbs-up to the caravan and follows along. He'll flip through the radio stations both FM/AM/XM(?) to hear any chatter.

The road to Lester's garage is a war zone. There are wandering creatures everywhere. You swerve to miss them, not wanting to risk damage to the vehicles. You have to go on the shoulder to get around a car crash. The mutilated victims nearby. The few houses you pass have windows and doors smashed in. An overturned school bus lays in a ditch, windows shattered and covered in gore.

Norm whimpers in the back seat. Then looks up.
We are almost there.

Chingy avoids the creatures as best he can following the weaving cars.

Man, I hope we get there before we all get surrounded. What the hell is going on out here anyway?
He speaks, but nobody hears him over his roaring Fatboy.

Looking to protect the bikers and/or assist Chase's car in-case of incident, Steve does what he does and drives on tuned-in to his surroundings.

Monday 6:30 pm sun is starting to set

You head to Norm's Uncle Lester's garage. The sun is starting to set, you are all dog-tired. Exhausted. You have been up near 48 hours straight with little to no rest.

Norm the busboy
There it is!!
He points wildly.

You may have finally caught a break. There don't seem to be many of those things around. That's good, as its getting dark....

You see a large brick building with two garage door bays at the front. One regular door to the side along the front.

A few wrecks and old beat-up cars are parked in the lot, along with a tow-truck. The door has a small window that is boarded up.

(map up soon)

Whitey- Looks around the garage area to see if there is a fence around it. Norm you knock on door . See if your uncle is here. He looks around for any vehicles that may run.

You don't see any fences, but there a few "people" or things with their heads blown off. Six or seven bodies lay scattered about.

There aren't any of those creatures close by. A few wandering around the main road.

"Norm, you may want to announce yourself nice and loud before you get too close. Looks like your uncle is in there and has a twitchy trigger finger, not to mention good aim."

Steve B. - Trucker

Steve fiddles nervously with the radio and then checks his cell for the one-hundredth time. He then checks Barb's car for a phone charger/flashlight/lighter/gun/mace/anything. He waits for Chase's car to park and then Steve will park Barb's car in a convenient/quick escape sorta-way.

Chingy pulls his hog around to the side of the garage and shuts it off. He avoids any windows that a shotgun might be able to poke out of and heads over to the front, waiting for Norm to get us all inside.

John surveys the scene from the rear, passenger’s side seat. “Very quiet,”he mumbles. “I hope that means Uncle Lester has thinned the herd and isn’t serving as a snack for some of those creatures.”
