Vorkath just smash em. If they were alive then we will find out. If they aren't, well, you have been trashing the place anyway. says the wise Tumbler.

Re: 3. Castle Ravenloft
Robert chuckles again at Tumbler's wit "True Vorkath why don't you smash it and set it aflame like everything else around the place you have touched." said while smiling all the while.

Robert peers hard at the figures. First he tries to see if the figures radiate heat, but there is too much light about. He can't even make out heat from his companions, much less the figures. The he looks to see if they move. They do not. Then he throws a sling stone at one. The stone bounces off with a "plink."

Robert looks to his companions and states "Well then it appears we can continue on shall we?"

Vorkath, paladin
The Faith Hunter moves with the others, in marching order, into the expansive balcony chamber. He moves quickly past the statues, then slows to peer about as far as Iluq's continual light stones cast illumination.

You decide that the figures in the alcoves pose no threat, and move forward into the large chamber beyond. The statues in the alcoves remain inert as you move past.
You step into what must once have been a grand, beautiful chapel. Now it lies in shambles, abandoned for centuries. Dim, colored light filters through 60’ high stained glass windows, now broken and boarded up. Pews and benches lie about the floor in jumbled disarray, coated with centuries of dust. Beyond the debris, lit by a single, piercing shaft of light, stands an altar on a raised chancel. The light falls directly on a small statue. A figure is draped over the altar.
As you enter the room, several dark, wispy shapes emerge from the shadows and fly toward you!Actions!

Robert sword at the ready awaits for those of righteous powers to turn these as he suspects wraiths.

Iluq Begins the chant to turn these creatures of the light, as he strides boldly forward while chanting he must have tripped over something because he falters shortly and hastily finishes the chant.

Tibbius points his Wand of Wonder at one of the shapes and speaks the command word "Alakazam." A sphere of darkness 30' in diameter appears where the wand was pointing!

Robert not having much of use against undead things takes another goodberry and eats it.

You seize the initiative, for what good it does you. Vorkath and Iluq both hold forth their holy symbols and try to turn the wraiths away, but both fail. The wraiths keep coming.
Tumbler, Ireena, and Agrippo attack. Tumbler’s hammer misses and Ireena’s sword hits only air, but the legionnaire’s spear strikes true! The wraith screeches in pain!
Tibbius, having few other options and perhaps a little curious what will happen, points his wand at a wraith and speaks a command word. A sphere of darkness appears about 15’ ahead of him.
Robert, believing his skills to be of little use against undead, eats a Goodberry (+1 HP).
The nine wraiths, as you now count them, quickly surround you. Through a remarkable stroke of luck, all their attacks but one fail to reach you, one of them turned aside by the power of Vorkath’s holy aura. But one of the wraiths reaches out a dark, bony claw and scrapes Robert across the chest. He feels the cold of the grave run through him, as if part of his very soul had been pulled from him.
(Robert: -1 HP, -1 LEVEL!!!)
“Retreat into the doorway!” cries Agrippo. “I will keep these things at bay. I have some magical protection from the worst of their attacks!”
Actions!

Re: 3. Castle Ravenloft
Robert confused as to what happened and feeling weaker and even less experienced then when he entered the castle decides to cast Call Lightning upon the central point of the wraiths gathered in the room. Heeding the warning to retreat prior to casting he casts from the area where the statues are. "Might not do much but at least it is a try."

Re: 3. Castle Ravenloft
Tumbler wastes no time in retreating. He doesn't turn his back and flee but he does drop back and will take a swing at anything blocking his way.
His goal is to get on the other side of some doors and bar them shut.
