You have 1 of the 3. The other keys are "normal" keys. I am looking for my PDF as it has a picture of the key to Kiraz.

That was my mistake as well I thought there were two of the keys not one.

Algrim looks over the items and takes one of the axes since there are 7 of them.

Make a skill improvement roll, 1d100+17, 52 or higher and your skill goes up 1 to 52.
Metalcraft [_1d100+17]=(25)=25+17=42
Thanks but not this time.

Ingram opens the secret door, only to find a natural cave with a stream flowing through it, and standing in said stream approximately 10 feet from him an Ivinian.

The stranger grips his spear and readies his shield, but in a posture that should be recognized as defensive by those skilled in the art of fighting.

"I am Fisk. What is this place? Who are you?" His neck turns slightly as he looks at the group, his face unreadable behind his mask. He appears to speak to the other two Ivinians, Arngeir and Murgar:

In Ivinian
"Who are your people?"

Where Fisk is from, this is the customary way of asking where they hail from within Ivinia.

Beryl

Beryl tightens his grip on his trident when strange words are spoken, but holds for the moment.

Fisk nods to Algrim. "I was born in North Islands. Was fisherman. Then was gladiator in Thrada. Champion gladiator. Now, looking for a mine. Ran into trouble..." he trails off as he rummages through his backpack and throws the ears of four Harnic orcs to the ground. "Fellspawn. He appears to look past the party through the door they just opened. Is this a mine?"

Arngeir

Arngeir grins when he hears the speech of his homeland.

In Ivinian:
"Ah, hail friend, it is good to see another Ivinian in these parts! I am Arngeir Orlygsson, priest of The Gray Slayer. My clan settled in Orbaal many years ago, but now I travel to world to learn it's ways."

Ingram says, So what's back here, this place you just came from? Are there more of... whatever those came from?

He gestures at the ears.
