Dare drops to one knee, leveling his eye with the locked door's handle. He quickly tries to pick the lock in the midst of the chaos around him.

Neegan and Pendleton run to Dolph, binding his wounds and administering a healing potion. They get the warrior groggily to his feet and leaning on Neegan's shoulders. Idriss and Grimble still lie on the floor, unconscious.
Dare darts to the locked door, his steady hands trying to pick the lock amongst the chaos. Alas, his effort is unsuccessful and the door remains barred.
Ablesforth, meanwhile, struggles mightily against the door to hold back the press of half-headed demons. At last his strength is overcome - he stumbles backwards and the door flings open, the creatures tumbling chaotically into the room as they all try to push through the door at once, pushing each other back, jaws slathering.
The goblins blanche and run, clanking back down the hallway behind them.

Dolph is out for 10 rounds? Whoah.
Able uses the momentum of the door being forced open to rush at the locked door.
Force door on 4 or less: [1d6] = 6
He bounces off of it.
Now would be a great time to start throwing holy water or lighting a fire..

That's a standard rule, you can re-enter the fight one turn after regaining consciousness from magic healing. It doesn't usually come up because you usually win faster.
I am stretching to say he can walk on his own.

Remains on the floor breathing heavily under his demonic half-head face mask.

Pendleton throws holy water near the demons.
Holy water: [1d20+1] = 5+1 = 6

And just now I realize that I might-could have tried turning these things, as unlikely as it is to work.

It says you can't turn the infernal until level eight...
Was debating on that myself.

Neegan turns and a flask of holy water from behind Ildriss and throws it.

Ablesforth bounces off the stone door. Pendleton heaves a flask and, in his terror, misses.
Neegan throws a flask of holy water and hits the mass of half-heads squarely. They hiss in pain, those at the front now scrambling to get to the back. Their reaction to it is contagious - they collectively stumble back into the other room and from there begin a retreat.
Idriss, Dolph, and Grimble remain unconscious or recovering, the goblins fled up one hallway and now the demons fled up the other. The surprised party finds itself abruptly unassailed.

Pendleton takes the break in the action to search Idriss and Grimble for healing potions that could be administered to them. "Sorry, lads," he says as he rifles through their things, "but I surmise that you would prefer healing to privacy in this situation."
"We should find somewhere to rest and recuperate," he opines. "We're in no condition for another battle."

Able takes up his holy symbol and prays over the sniffer-that-is-Idriss. Eruanna, you know I try to reserve judgement, but I can't help but think, well... Puttin' on this mask an' attackin' them gobbers was pretty damned foolish. An' I hope that Brother Idriss learns a useful lesson.
He then asks Neegan to try to break through the stone door.We got four doors here -
two with enemies runnin' down 'em, and a third fillin' up with blood. I like the odds behind this door, I think.

Neegan heads to the unopened door. Pulls his Masterwork Battle axe and aims for the locking mechanism in the frame of the door.
B. axe(THAC017)[1d20+3] = 20+3 = 23 todam[1d8+3] = 1+3 = 4
Nat 20!!

With their positioning and condition dire and no time to lose,
Neegan lets out a dwarven bellow and smacks the solid stone door's handle with his battleaxe.
(Critical hit) To their surprise, the solid stone cracks and splinters, the more fragile portion of the locking mechanism snapping under the forceful blow. To the dwarf's surprise, however, a poison dart whizzes out of the locking mechanism, its spring permanently sprung. It lodges in his hand
(-2hp) and imparts a burning sensation.
(Save vs poison, please)
The others are able to push the stone door open, revealing the room beyond. The room is a simple 30x30 chamber, extending forward and to the right from your doorway. A round half-orb embedded in the ceiling glows with a dull reddish light, providing an eerie but functional illumination to the whole chamber. A group of draconic faces have been carved into the wall to the right of the door, their mouths hanging open and fangs displayed. There are no other exits from the room, but there is a pair of bunkbeds along each of the far walls, a table and chairs for four in the middle of the room, and simple trunks and shelves with personal effects. Several pieces of blood-soaked clothing are scattered throughout the room and a wide, dried blood stain shows where bodies were dragged out the door.

I was waiting for a reply from Dram; he didn't ever say what kind of meals Neegan had in town.
If he ate Good Meals before your expedition, he lives. If not, he is poisoned and Saves vs Death.
I'm going to assume he did, and let him pay the retroactive 24gp if he didn't... this time. This is why your accounting posts are important, folks.
Neegan winces as the burning of the poison passes up his arm, but after a few moments his sturdy dwarven constitution takes over and the effect eventually fades. He flicks the dart out and onto the floor.
Dolph is recovered enough to help pull the other injured into the stone side-room. He removes the mask from Idriss, making it a bit more comfortable as they no longer are harboring an illusory half-headed demon among them. Idriss and Grimble remain unconscious, Dolph badly wounded. But, at least they're on beds.
(Okay, how do you handle apportioning healing, securing the room, and getting rest?)
