You mean with the spoiler? Or calling him "mate"?
Spoiler.
I prefer keeping OOC comments out of the IC thread, too, when possible. But if I feel like I need to point out something mechanical or indicate a skill being used or something, I like to use the spoiler. I think it's cleaner looking in the IC post.
Absolutely agree.

I'm assuming Storm's posting problem was probably because I posted my response while he was typing his.
Was hoping he would see my post and maybe amend his, but...
Then I thought about just deleting mine, but I'd worked so hard on the lie. So I figured I'd just let it play out.
Anyway, I suspect he didn't see my post; otherwise, it wouldn't have made much sense to post what he did.

Yeah we posted together.
I was going to amend it, but then thought that was a bit like cheating so let it stay

I assumed as much, and did note the time of the nearly overlapping posts.
No worries.

Not at all.
That's not to say you
have to amend your post, but you're welcome to in situations of overlapping posts like that.
But, again, don't worry about it in this instance.

honestly, I dont see where the two necessarily contradict each other.
a) he overheard and asked to tag along
b) he paid us to take him
so, he paid to tag along...
that was why I attempted to steer the conversation to account for both...

What grounds have you to detain him?"
ahhh good thinking!

Let's please try to keep any out of character discussion out of the main thread.

Not a huge deal, so don't worry about it. The occasional ooc comment is fine, but don't get offended if I move it to this thread.

Is the claw a normal humanoid-sized claw? And is it moving?

Smaller, and unmoving.

I never thought I'd have to say this, but I need to wait to make the next update until Ethan responds.

Ha! Apols, folks. Called it an early night last night.

Need to do that every now and again to catch up on lost sleep.
Will make my update forthwith.

No need to apologize, I was just in an unfamiliar situation.
