Chapter 1: The mystery of Odlo Hillhouse

Wenyld and Duala drink two of the remaining potions. They too struggle to breathe, fall to the floor, and lose all color...then, just as Hailey, they return to life. Duala especially is worse for wear...she appears more sickly, weaker, and duller.

She chugs the final potion, repeating the process. She awakens, still sickly, but her muscle tone and features have much improved. She also seems sharper.

Hailey aims her wand at the mirror and cries "IGNIS!" The wand expands slightly, turns red, and emits a small burst of flame towards the mirror, blackening a small area of the stone wall to its left.

And with that, the party gathers their treasure and heads back to the surface.

After departing the hole and retrieving Wallflower the Pony from Odlo's house, Hailey spends a significant time in reclusive study. After a few weeks, she seeks out Bilberta and Wenyld as allies she feels she can trust the most.
"I must go into the forest, and remain for a week. It is to commune with and create bonds with the animals there. I am concerned it may be dangerous - would you be willing to accompany me, that we might protect each other?"

Let's hold off a little bit on actions that will take place in a few weeks, as other PCs may also need to do training,etc.

After the brief hiatus, he will return to Clearwater. Much has happened that he needs meditate upon. The subterranean caverns discovered by Odlo, the strange constructed well rooms and even stranger dimensional rift chambers.

He is glad the lisping frog-lipped mage Varooth has gone back from whence he came. A little richer in coins and experience, vocationally drawn to pursue a deeper faith with Ulesh should the inevitable rise of evil and pagan practises continue to rise.

During the post-adventure downtime, he receives his divine providences and decides in the first instance to go to his spiritual elder, Ananda Vaisanen, the anointed priestess of Ulesh in the village.
