Re: Chapter 5: Harvest of Death
"Ill post watch results once I roll for encounters. I am sorry I also have not been tracking injuries but that is why I tried to make the damage and injuries bold in my combat updates. I can go back through and give you injury totals if you would like.

Re: Chapter 5: Harvest of Death
I have been tracking for Egon so I know it is accurate.
Re: Chapter 5: Harvest of Death
I'm usually good at keeping an eye on Weston, but I did go back through the gnoll combat and double-check. I don't think it's unreasonable for the DM to post damage in bold and expect the players to keep track.
Re: Chapter 5: Harvest of Death
Agreed, I have no issue tracking Egon's hp.
Re: Chapter 5: Harvest of Death
LOL, me too.
Re: Chapter 5: Harvest of Death
tell me about it

Re: Chapter 5: Harvest of Death
Well, It's nice to know we are all in the same boat. Grin. This gives the DM the advantage as they can do stuff we've already done, and it would seem like the first time for us. LOL
Re: Chapter 5: Harvest of Death
I am good tracking it or having it tracked, as long as I know which to expect.

Watch Shifts - Encounters
The first watch group of Weston & Therick & Xlore see very little of anything other than some birds and other wild critters settling down for the evening. They hear a rustling in a tree only to watch an owl fly out and hunt for it's meal. Other than that it is very uneventful other than it starts to rain at the end of their shift.
Egon & Elanriel start their watch shift in a light rain, they have very little in the way of excitement other than seeing an owl return to it's hole in a tree nearby with a mouse hanging from it's beak. Aside from that just some night active critters that don't care about rain just moving about looking for food. By the end of their watch it is now a steady rain.
Delsenora & Trist take over in a steady rain. They feel like they will too have little to report until they notice something coming towards their direction though it appears to not know exactly where it is going. in the distance climbing up the base of the mountain in the rain, brutishly breaking trees and anything in their way are two ugly looking hulking things a bit of a wind blows towards Del & Trist and they get the smell of milk that has gone bad. It strikes them that they think they might know what these two brutes are. Both are about 60 yards away but still appear to not see the camp one is carrying a big club the other has a large what appears to be morningstar in it's brutish hands. You cannot make out but they appear to be talking in booming voices that start to wake up the rest of the group that is sleeping/studying/praying.

Actions?

Delsenora
I had hoped to cure you some of the team, but other than Egon, never heard any needs.
Delsenora will wake up Egon and cast Aid on him to help with the upcoming battle. Giving +1 to hit and 1 phantom hit point.

Re: Chapter 5: Harvest of Death
Trist
Trist stirs the others quietly whispering to each, "To arms. 2 large beasties."
Trist draws her bow with a sheaf arrow notched ready to fire. She waits till her friends are ready to assist in an engagement. She fires at the closest once battle is decided.
