Roy "Yes Jason I'm real. Hold on I'll get you that water." Roy heads off to get a glass of water for Jason and returns with it handing it to Jason. "Here you go. Now why wouldn't I be real? It's me I'm always real." he says with his typical goofy smile.Taaz wrote:Jason sets bolt upright drenched in sweat, seeing Roy Jesus Roy, are you real? You have to tell me if your real. And slumps back, mostly upright. I had the weirdest dreams... He takes a breath and can almost taste the venom tea, I need a glass of water.

Etta: "No ma'am, this isn't the land Agency. I'm Etta Conklin from Ghostbusters, Fort Smith. I was referred to you by Dr. Mulvihill, an anthropologist.Etta dials the number for Jean Ten-Chiefs *Wing-wing* A feminine alto greets Etta: Hello? If this is the Land Agency, we still do not want to sell.
"We've been called in to investigate purported supernatural activity at a Caddo site, here in Fort Smith. We have reason to believe that the site has not... been treated respectfully in the past. If there is genuine activity, it may be an opportunity to redress these past harms and allow the spirits some rest. And to do this properly, we need an expert in Caddo culture, and a speaker of the Caddo language. We understand that your grandfather may be exactly the person we need."
Re: The Firehouse. Home sweet home.
Love the back and forth between Jason and Roy already
this should be interesting
Etta: there is a short pause. Well, you seem to have checked all the boxes... did Dr. Mulvihill tell you what to say to get to my grandpa? He's not going to just talk to any white man or woman that walks up to his door, you know... You won't get to him unless you go through me.

Joker
Joker nods, I am sorry if I act the jerk. I will eventually get over hating reporters- especially if they act civil and don't lie about us.
Do you have notes about the mound and your first visit? I should know what we are walking into.
Joker will familiarize himself with the previous trip, and will work in a couple hours of sleep.

Its been a weird few days Roy. Just checking. He takes a drink of the water, almost in fear remembering the taste of that posion. I had one of those dreams where you woke up from a dream, real Inception crap, and it just has my head frazzled. he looks at Roy and stands up, I say we look for something to eat? Im hoping Gabby left soup. Anything exciting happen while I was out?

Roy helps Jason up if needed "Food sounds like a good plan. Soup huh not sure if she got any of that but we can look, if we don't have any I could make a run and get some for ya. Excitement well we did have a paying job.." Roy starts the story and retells Jason about the ghost job at the warehouse and what happened to Frank Sr.Taaz wrote:Its been a weird few days Roy. Etta: "Perfect. Are you available to meet in about half an hour?"
Tucking the phone under the chin, she stage-whispers to the others, "Anybody mind if I take the car?"

Sure enough, there is a few large containers of soup in the fridge and even some egg rolls. Enough for everyone or just Jason for a few days easy.Taaz wrote:No worries sir, I believe Gabby left me soup in the fridge. Roy "Yeah there's talk going around about going back to the mound. But I don't want to return to that place. As for the warehouse I wish you had been there some of it was a bit comical. Frank Sr. tried to vacuum my face." he chuckles a bit remembering that moment with a vacuum pressed to his nose.Taaz wrote:Jason warms up the Pho in the microwave while still talking to Roy, Do they have anything going on right now?

Well that must have...sucked.Ill see myself out now
Jason sits and starts eating the soupMmm, I get that he says with his mouth full of noodles, A job half done is like an itch you gotta scratch. I'm not keen on going back into the brush, at least in this condition. But I'm up to be overwatch or see if I can help with research or anything. Etta and Mac taking point?

I will help from here or the car but forget going into the snake infested mound unless Billy the Exterminator's dealt with it I want nothing to do with snakes."Taaz wrote:Well that must have...sucked.Ill see myself out now

Lionel "Freight Train" Williams
So, if we're going to the mound tonight, do we want to let Jamie and Jared know so they can cover it? How pissed do you think Bur would be when he sees that?
