Thank you for the invitation to play this game. I very much enjoyed playing the ex-cop turned agent and trying to negotiate behind the scenes various influences to benefit the ship.

I like the Traveller creation arc, following a random career path and equipping the various bonus or hindrances such events in career or mishap generate.

I have felt though for some time rather obselete in terms of being able to influence or contribute positively to the current situation or narratives. I have asked or raised what I consider to be pertinent questions regarding my role and how my supposed ownership quota affects my ability to bring leadership and direction to the mission.

Sadly for two months plus, Tibbs is effectively held hostage to current circumstances with no way to change anything. Bar shooting Indrani in the head as her ooc baiting suggested (player on player or even character upon character is not my thing) I don't feel there is much I can do to solve the situation he is in. My character is just sitting around waiting for something to happen and I would expect any insistence on telling Indrani where to pilot the ship to be met with indifference.

I wish you all success in uncovering whatever mysteries the campaign hides and happy gaming. I hope the team pulls together and pulls through. But for me. I am out.

Well, the cavalry are on the way. Maggie's hiding in the outhouse. The stablehand is unconscious in the wagon shed and the natives are yellin and hollerin on the roof! Will the riders turn up before the credits?

Just waiting on Noor's decision to shoot or not shoot from the floor as she has to shoot past Miya.

After that, I'll be needing Agility (Coord)+DEX rolls from everyone except Reven, Indrani, Arnwulf (who is dependent on Nalani) and Maggie as Reven cuts thrust and gravity and starts the spin!

The recoil from Pranit's last shot, and the bullets fired from the blasted entrance-hole in the lift wall pressing him back into contact with the plate-trolley which is also now floating free. (12 damage to Pranit less armour (AV5)=7)
I have AV 9.

Improved Cloth AV 5

Torso protector AV 8 (counts as half) for AV 4 So that would be 3 damage, right GM.

Also I am going to retcon the ammo expenditure to 4 instead of 12, I have 11 shots left in this mag.

BTW, using Slug, not pellet :)

Noted the Torso protector
Why are you retconning the ammo? - you fired it - it wasn't until the last round was firing that the grav went and the recoil slid you back,

WHen I went around the elevator, 2 turns ago I said I would autofire, because I understood there was 2 in scope, but I was wrong.

I figured Pranit had enough fire discipline to hold his fire to a burst to not waste ammo.

Let me just out it out here for open discussion.

What is the plan for Arnwulf? I understand he is injured, critically and may need hospital treatment. That being so, how do the crew react and what is the intention while he gets healed up.

Fine he goes into a medic bay on Sparks but with the craft space worthy, certainly it seems the intent to fly away asap, what is the plan for my character going forward.

My participation has stalled with me being injured.

As far as I can see we weren't really ready to fly before the attack (yet to install the reinforcing beam, hull plates etc.), and we will need more work again now (more hull breaches, wrecked sensor array and main computer, another survey for damage done to the frame ramming the doors and spinning before repairing weakened structure).

Plenty of time for advanced super-science to knit together a few gunshot wounds. :)

Also, Nālani isn't abandoning Arnwolf. He's an old friend who came to help in the gunfight, she's not flying off with him laid up in hospital.

BTW: Pranits not in a Vacc Suit, hes in his armor, Vacc is still on the floor when the medics checked me out.

He plans on emergency change on the deck when he finishing with the bridge.

Then the candidates are Zid (equipped with emergency inflatable plastic bag) or Assana (equipped with proper suit)

I might be out of communication starting tomorrow, we are right near the path of hurricane Henri. We cleaned our gutters and put everything in our garage. Please NPC as needed, see you on the other side. Eric

Horrible Hurricane Henri sounds like a children's monster. Probably worse though! Good luck.
