Now What?
Starday, 20th of Goodmonth
Mid Morning, Sunny, Warm, Humid
Once everyone is safely outside the room, the final disk is pressed down flush with the other six, causing a strange mechanical noise to suddenly be heard grinding below your feet. Anyone looking into the room can see the entire raised dais begin to shake and move slightly before the entire platform, statues, disks, and all, begins to slowly and methodically lower itself down into the floor.

Maag grins."Well, dat was not entirely unexpected". Then, after a moment's thought he frowns. "On der other hand...wot if we are der ones dat are supposed to be standin' on der disks? Y'know, like der dais is supposed to take us down two 'undred feet or sumfin?"
He strides towards the doorway, takes a quick look up to see if any large blade is about to fall, then steps forward to see where the dais is actually going.

Apparently quite content
not to rush into a trap this time, all but Maag stay put in the hallway, watching as the statues atop the circular dais slowly lower even further into the floor. Gramble seems almost upset when no great wrym is released that he can chop at.
The stone minotaur faces disappearing into the smooth, empty shaft seem to almost mock the hefty half-orc as he moves closer and ponders aloud the possibility that perhaps
they should be the ones standing on the copper disks, and that this mechanism might be some kind of vehicle to another level deep below the surface.
When the dais reaches about ten feet below the floor, the horns of the minotaur statues are the last thing the group at the entrance sees when they sink below the floor into the shaft.

Maag drops onto the descending dias. He tries to land as close as possible to one of the statues, even to the point of wrapping his arms around it.
If der is a trap in 'ere, maybe it only shoots people dat are not on der disks, he reasons.

Maag is the first one to slip over the edge of the round shaft in the floor, setting his feet upon the head of the closest minotaur statue, his privates centered precariously over one pointy bull horn. Gramble slips over the edge next, lowering himself with his powerful arms, his dangling feet eventually find the head of another.
Wolfpack: can you tell me if Gramble is actually carrying the severed head of the minotaur along with him now?
The weight of the two largest members of the party upon the receding dais, along with the many heavy stone statues they've already stacked on it, causes their descent to quicken noticeably. By the time Tlachtga and Lerrick get to the shafts edge, their friends inside have already sunken below the floor, leaving about a 10 foot drop now to the top of the remaining statues, and almost 20 feet to the sinking dais.
Actions?
Anyone else willing to drop into the shaft will need to make a Hard Dex check, please. [4d6] Unless of course you can come up with a better way to get in there other than dropping off the edge. (flying, levitation, swan dive, etc.) 
I will take a Normal Wisdom check from all 5 of you as well, please. Thanks!
