Cilian shakes his head in the negative.

"I ain't got no rope neither," Vik proclaims before turning to look at some of his other companions.
"Hey Serg... you got some rope, yeah?" he queries of his fellow deputy, pretty sure he'd seen him with some at an earlier point along their journey. "Mayhap we'll all have ta climb up ta the rim and then attach both them ropes together to go inside..."

"Sounds about right if we can locate just one more 50' of rope."

OOC: For the sake of expediency (and admitting to my OCD somewhat too, I guess) I checked character sheets. Noted that Sergius has a 50' rope in his pack.
I think Tub may have already hauled his pack up?

I believe yes the pack was hauled up as I am quite sure the rope is spiked and anchored so all Tub has to do is look in the pack.

Tub checks,
ayup it's there.
Tubeedee finds a good spot, spikes the ground, ties the rope around it and let's it down to the others.

Scyth says "You all go up I'll be the last, I'll cover everyone from here."

That was my intent once everyone else is up though I am thinking of also using the foot/handholds and just tying the rope to my waist as a sort of safety line.

- One person at a time.
- Recommend tying all packs to the bottom of the rope, having everyone climb up, then hauling up the rope with the packs on it, so everyone is as un-encumbered as possible when climbing.
- Cilian will use the rope in combination with hand- and foot-holds.

Viktor's Strength check: (needs a 16 or lower)
Ability Check: [1d20] = 14 (-4 is an adjusted 10)

Everyone makes it up to the top and see's the same thing Tub descripbed.
You stand on a ledge and the inside of the mesa slopes down all the way around at a steep angle.
you see far down below you a flat area strewn with large broken rock.

"Alright so what is the plan guys we going down in that thing or what? Might as well keep that rope spiked where it is and flip it down into this huge hole if we are." Scyth says in a suggestive manner.
