I get to use my horse! I've been stating I'm on my horse to the gypsies, and to the church before I changed my mind due to dark. With the charge I should get get initiative per charge rule?

Yes. You'll hit first at the end of the charge because your lance is longer than the wolf's snout. You'll attack at +2, and your AC will be at a +1 penalty.

Agrippo, dismounted and beside his pony, will ready his shield and spear in a defensive stance at the front and call to the others to pack around him. "there may be more hack away, Iluq grab the mounts if you are ignored, c'mon you scroungy flea-ridden mongrels, aaargh! (more curses and war cries...)"

Robert, dismounted, will draw his scimitar and engage the closest wolf, This wolves again! How did they sneak up so easily on us?"
At first sight of the wolves, Vorkath wheels his horse about and charges the middle wolf. He lowers his lance as Repentance and the wolf run at each other. The tip of the lance pierces the wolf’s shoulder and knocks it down! The wolf, shaken but not yet defeated, returns to its feet and launches itself at Vorkath in a vicious counterattack. It hits Strom squarely in the chest, bowling him over and off of his mount! (Natural 20! Vorkath: -10 HP.)
Tumbler fires a crossbow bolt at a wolf that is running toward him past the dismounted Vorkath. The shot sails over the wolf’s head. The snarling and slavering wolf takes revenge by biting Tumbler on the thigh (Tumbler: -3 HP).
Agrippo takes a defensive position and calls for the others to gather around him. Tibbius casts protection from evil on himself.
Iluq casts a sanctuary spell. The third wolf, which was running straight at him, loses interest and goes after Robert instead. Robert slashes the wolf’s hide with his scimitar, but gets a bite on his arm in return (Robert: -6 HP).
Vokath, some 90’ ahead of the rest of the party, rolls back onto his feet and draws Excommunicator. He hews at the wolf, cutting deeply into its thick neck. Repentence rears up, kicks the wolf in the face, and bites its leg! The wolf yelps in pain and staggers back. It snaps at Vorkath, but the strength is gone from its bite.
Tibbius reduces the wolf on Robert. It shrinks to less than half its original size. With two quick strokes of his scimitar, Robert slices it clean in two! (Critical hit + hit!).
Agrippo lunges at the wolf attacking Tumbler. Perhaps he is weary from dancing with Madam Eva, or perhaps he is still enchanted by the lady’s charms. Whatever the reason, he trips, giving the wolf an opening for a counterattack that just misses. The legionnaire recovers his balance using the butt of his spear as a staff to stop his fall. He springs up, spins the spear around, and thrusts its tip into the side of the shocked wolf! Enraged, the wolf leaps at Agrippo. Yellow teeth bite right through Agrippo’s armor into his shoulder, stunning him for a moment (Critical hit! Agrippo: -6 HP). The wolf jumps at him again, but wide.
Tumbler drops his crossbow and draws his Dwarven Door Opener. In the rush to change weapons, he hurries his swing and misses, badly.
Iluq looks about to see if he can spot anyone who might have brought the wolves. The streets are dark and appear to be empty.
“Let your wrath drive my blade!” shouts Vorkath to his god, as he drives the holy sword Excommunicator through the wolf neck's all the way to the hilt.
“Nnneigghhh!!!” Repentance brings his hoofs battering down on the wolf again.
