I don't have the book in front of me but I presume it is 1d6 dmg? Can always adjust if need be.

Crit roll 44% = Massive hit 3x dmg so 12 dmg done.

winning initiative means the statue is defeated... The statue dropped Therick but in turn is ganged up on and defeated. Before and one can swing their weapon Trist's magic missile spell nails the statue and it shatters now nothing more than a pile of broken crystal on the floor. Therick is healed and is conscious on the floor.

Combat is over.

Therick got healed for 2 bringing him to 1 HP, and now 6 more by Del he is almost fully healed again.
