I assume this is with a ranged weapon? He could, but it would still take the turn's action to draw the weapon and make it ready to use next round.

If he had a mutation power of attack then, yes, he could attack from the prone this round.

I took a look at my character sheet and attack macros for the first time in a while, and noticed that Kurot's melee attack is listed at +4 while the macro for his axe is +3. Did his attack value go up when he leveled?

Yes. Attack, damage, mutation/skill check and saving throw rolls. :)

Okay, yeah that was why I was asking. Some Judges allow Luck burn on damage for however much Luck you use, others don't allow it at all. This is the first time I have seen it used up to the max damage of the weapon but that makes sense. I will reserve the Luck then for another time since he would still most likely have two attackers against him.

Upon further review, the wording is "a one-time bonus to a roll". So, I guess that has nothing to do with the maximum roll possible.

I will allow Luck bonuses as you've described. :)

Your choice, but one must consider if 14 points of damage is going to be the killing blow on an enemy described as "formidable" (75% or more hit points remaining).

Well actually your way makes sense and I am surprised no one else has thought of doing it like that. I'll go for it to at least give a small chance that he only has one enemy for the next round. Burn that Luck to try and get a kill!

I might be thinking about a hit point boost or another game system concerning maximum level. We'll go with the point boost regardless of the maximum die roll. :)

Wow! I just looked at my history of dice rolls and out of the 9 attacks I've made the highest has been a 13, and six of those rolls have been under 10. Out of the 9 damage rolls, 6 have been 1's. Is the dice roller always this nasty?

I've wondered that myself at times. For a supposed random generator, it sure repeats the exact same results rather frequently.

It's my way to keep track of the characters who recover Luck a 1 week intervals.

To use the Charging Rule requires an extra action. Since Podo has only one action die, he may move & charge but the attack will take place in the next round.

Example: Kurot with three action die could move, charge and make two attacks using the Charging Rule in the same round.
