Per the character's collective judgment, the pigmonn armor, weapons and equipment are more valuable than the dreadtooth meat.

if silvestri and denslow walk, we can carry all the remaining armour and weapons on the wagons.

why dont we head back with this lot and sell it, we can use the money to re-equip.

With Silvestri walking at 15 Move, it will take 10 days to get back to Hagalton. You may use the fresh dreadtooth meat for 5 days of food (it is unpreserved, so it goes bad after 5 days), so you will use up 5 days of trail rations to travel back.

The total load of pigmonn loots to haul totals 815 lbs, 111 lbs over the two cart’s cargo weight. Since you are moving at Silvestri’s pace, the remaining 111 lbs can be carried in sacks and backpacks.

That sounds good to me.

Are the pigmonn rations edible for us? we could use those to feed us on the way back.

No, LOL, I need the facepalm! I read it wrong.

Yes, the pigmonn RATIONS are edible. I suggested that you could use the fresh meat from the dreadtooth and preserve the trail rations (yours and the pigmonn) for later use or sale.

I didn't realise we'd be moving straight on to the next day(s), I was going to have Silvestri give himself more healing before we retired for the night, and then I would have done some healing each day before we went to sleep.

Frank – 63/63 [13/13]
Kurot –50/50 [15/15]
Ron – 57/69 [15/15]
Silvestri – 60/60 [9/14]
