Seeking to exploring the collapse at the bottom of the now partially cleared pit clearing the rubble you find a collapsed tunnel that is leading north towards the tower. The tunnel by the looks of it is at least 100 feet long.

Ogre Ambush! at the end of the 100 foot tunnel you stop as it opens up into a cavern. This area is irregular and large, the ceiling ranging from 15 to 25 feet in height. You get to the end of the tunnel where it enters the cave and the smell hits you smelling of sour curdled milk. To some the familiar scent of ogres and this is strong so you know it is more than 2 in this cave. you notice what sounds like 2 larger figures moving and talking to others possibly. About 30 to 35 feet from where the tunnel opens into the cave you can see at least 5 ogres standing weapons ready near a fire pit weapons aimed at the tunnel exit that the party is standing in. However, due to the alertness of some in the part the rest of you are warned in advance and are also prepared for a fight. "Who be you? Friend or Foe!" a booming ogre voice calls towards the tunnel entrance.

Hide in Shadows 55%, Ogres are -4 to hit him.

Ah! Yes, sorry, erm, Reywald steps forward towards the 5 ogres with weapons near the fire, clearly nervous. I was sent to bring you f... fine folk a delivery. Or.. well, a message really. If you'll gather.. erm.. gather around, it's very important. I'll try to pronounce this right, I'm not great with some of this... He takes out a small scrap of paper and begins to recite a spell...

Under this false pretense he casts Color Spray, aiming it to catch the 5 ogres nearby, hoping to draw them into the spell area, 20 ft long 20 ft wide wedge.

No save for creatures of 4 HD or less, struck unconscious for 2d4 rounds. Those above 4 hd get save or the same effect
those of 5-6 HD save or are blind 1d4 rounds.

Casting time is 1

Weston

Hoping Reywald distracts the Ogres enough to not notice him, Weston stays back and casts Heat Metal on the sword and mace he can see.

Normal casting time 5s, so 2s for Weston, if it might affect how much it might be noticed.

Holds his position waiting to see how the Ogres' reaction to Reywald's interaction/spell. He will ready his mace and intercede if any of the Ogres attempt to attack Reywald in melee.

Tellurion: hurls daggers at Ogre 6 hitting for 9 dmg!
Trist: holds her position.
Weston: stays back and casts heat metal on weapon Ogre 6 holds causing him to drop it.

Not wanting to risk hitting Kravoud, Tellurion tries to circle the ogre and attack!

Dagger slice (THAC0 15)! [1d20+1]=1+1=2 Damage [1d3+4]=1+4=5
Dagger stab (THAC0 16)! [1d20]=16 Damage [1d3+3]=3+3=6

Reywald backs quickly away from the remaining ogre, letting those more comfortable in melee to the fore.

Egon moves from the shadows and tries to back attack the closest ogre.

Battle Axe +1 back attack [1d20+6]=9+6=15 [1d8+4]=4+4=8 triple damage
If a back attack it is 16 damage.

The ogres are -4 to hit Egon.
