Myrrh

Oops. Sorry about that.

CLW [1d6+1]=5+1=6

Much better roll at least.

Myrrh's healing touch staunches Brondulm's deadly wound and rouses him from death's door. (Brondulm can act in Round #2, if necessary.)

Ellith

The elf moves in to assist Cinders, attacking the big Goblin!

Ellith attacks! [1d20+1]=6+1=7, Damage [1d8+1]=3+1=4

Faron jumps on the smaller one (#5).

Faron Bites! [1d20+2]=11+2=13, Damage [1d6]=3

Yes, ass slap powers activate! Form of a momentarily impenetrable dwarf!

Cinders is getting double-teamed? Then the big one! Time to break up that ménage a troi!

M’Lady [1d20+2]=15+2=17
M’Lady damage [1d8+2]=7+2=9
Dagger [1d20]=2
(Is Gromp activating his tattoo? Or is he flirting with Cinders?

Also, more importantly... WHICH KOBOLD??? I gave numbers and a description of a "big" one for clarity.)

Gromp's skin becomes as impentrable as stone as he slashes the big kobold in half!

Faron leaps upon Kobold #5, taking it down while Ellith stabs air.

Brinna slashes at Kobold #1, but whiffs air!

Cinders leapsvto Vali's side, slashing Kobold #3 to death! Scimitar [1d20+4]=13+4=17 Damage [1d6+1]=3+1=4

Vali attacks Kobold #4, his dagger disemboweling the creature! Dagger [1d20+1]=19+1=20 Damage [1d4+1]=4+1=5

Morale Check! 2d6=5, success! Morale check [2d6]=5

(I think everyone has acted but Lia.

Kobold #1 & Kobold #2 are attacking Brinna.

Brondulm can act next round.)

Brondulm

Do I recover the full 6 HP from the spell and go back to 2HP or since I was in negative territory, do I just get back to 1HP and return to the living? So much for trying to avoid the pointy end of the daggers.

Back to 2. Next time, watch the rear!

Lia

Moving to Brondulm, Lia returns her hammer to her belt and lays a hand on him, "May the bringer of life give her blessings unto you."

Casting Cure Light Wounds: [1d6]=1+1

Brondulm is healed to almost perfect health. (Let's just give him 3, so he is fully healed to 5/5.)

Kobolds' turn!

Kobold #1 and Kobold #2 keep stabbing at Brinna!

Dagger [1d20]=9 damage [1d4]=1

Dagger [1d20]=10 damage [1d4]=3

Both kobolds miss!

ROUND #2 - INITIATIVE - Enemy wins!

Kobold #1 and Kobold #2 attack Brinna again, but both miss!

Dagger [1d20]=15 damage [1d4]=2 Dagger [1d20]=10 damage [1d4]=1

The 2 subdued kobolds (not being guarded) make a break for the tunnel outside! They run down the hall away from battle!

Brondulm rises...

PC actions?

Brondulm

Rising from the dead, sees that the two unguarded kobolds are running away and attempts to subdue for a second time the bigger to two (assuming he may be leader type).

Using the flat of his short sword he attempts to hit the fleeing kobold in the back of the head:

Short Sword to hit: [1d20+2]=11+2=13; damage [1d6+2]=2+2=4

I know we're doing Theatre of the Mind, but there are 6 dead kobolds, 4 PCs, a cooshee, and 3 NPCs between Brondulm and the fleeing kobolds....

This is one scenario where I pull a DM veto: Action will not work.

Maybe a ranged weapon?

By Clangleddin’s bushy beard, Brinna!” Gromp lunged in front of Brinna to defend the lass, as he swung sword and dagger at the smaller of the two kobolds.

By Clangleddin’s Bushy Beard! [1d20+2]=3+2=5
Dagger [1d20]=14
Dagger dam [1d4+2]=4+2=6

Kobold #2 falls after being stabbed by Gromp's dagger.

Myrrh rushes the nearest kobold and attacks with his sword.

VB Sword [1d20+1]=12+1=13 to hit [1d8+1]=4+1=5 damage

Myrrh runs Kobold #1 through with his sword.

That leaves a Big Kobold and a Small Kobold running down the tunnel. They are about 40' away from the western edge of melee.

Ellith

Surprised, the Elf declines to chase the kobolds - in his platemail, he would never be able to catch up to them, and he would not want to risk Faron chasing them on his own.
