Belilal
Belial slips up toward the nearer corner of the corridor. For the moment, he's just acting as a backup for anything approaching from the tunnel. Sorry, my dudes! Can't shoot the Big Bug without shootin' you! he calls.

Kurot takes a moment to carefully aim down the corridor.
Tunnel Complex Station Stop, 297D/81 (Late Morning)
Combat, Round 7
Ron carefully negotiates the floor and stays clear of the persistent slime covering both areas of the room. He sees two bugs standing, seemingly confused and gyrating, at the end of the entrance hallway. He identifies the roachoid with the energy weapon (#9) and joins Silvestri in targeting him. The cyboshark fires directly into its chest! (Hit, using 1 luck/Hit, CRIT; 5+10=15pt. dmg.) The force of the blast causes the denizen to loose grip on the blaster weapon (CRIT), and it flies across the pod vehicle!
Silvestri and Kurot simultaneously fire their rifles into the same insectoid. (#9) The seemingly motionless bug is stuck by each shooter, (3+10=13 dmg.) and the four-armed vermin topples over onto the floor of the pod! (DEAD!)
OOC: The bug was stunned, so there was a +4 hit modifier
Bruce knocks into his opponent (#10) multiple times with nunchaku fury! (9+8=17pt. dmg)
~The severely wounded creature (#10), simultaneously strikes Bruce with two short swords! (DMG 5+6=11) One of the stabs punctures the synthetic’s throat, (CRIT) and milky white fluid gushes out. Bruce’s voice box is damaged, and he coughs fluid trying to speak!
OOC: Bruce can’t speak until his voice box is repaired.
Frank stomps through the floor goo (Makes save) and finishes the wounded Scavenger with two swipes of his long sword! (9+5=14pt. dmg) The insectoid collapses onto the floor, DEAD!
OOC: Frank must make a Reflex save vs. DC 12
Denslow fends off the creeping slime and pulls his attack (Miss) when Frank dispatches the foe.
OOC: Denslow must make a Reflex save vs. DC 12
MacMak high steps to avoid the green floor mucus (Makes save) and fires a final pyro strike into the dead Scavenger.
OOC: MacMak must make a Reflex save vs. DC 12
Belial joins Ron and avoids the green slime. He brandishes a victorious grin upon seeing the fallen Scavengers, and notices one of them (#8) standing in the open, fully exposed and unmoving save for its antenna.
He does not see any others beyond and inside the vehicle.
MacMak will try to get out of target. He cant attack if he gets continuously being attacked! He will look someplace to "hide"

Combat, Round 8
Belial fires two crossbow bolts into the stationary bug. (6+2=8pt. dmg) The roachoid remains still, its antenna squiggling, with the two missiles stuck into its exoskeleton.
Denslow avoids any additional effects from the green floor goo. (Makes save) The plantient moves next to the east wall in proximity to Kurot. He questions their means of escaping this room.
Frank withdraws out of the slime zone (Makes save) and positions himself south of Silvestri. The veteran ponders what their next move will be.
MacMak keeps the mysterious moving mucus at bay (Makes save), and retreats into the western room to gather his thoughts.
Kurot runs a probability scenario for retrieving the bug blaster. He needs more input concerning the nature of the green slime to define that variable.
Silvestri targets the immobile Scavenger. (The only one he can see) He concentrates on the mental state of the insectoid creature. After some confusion, due to the unfamiliarity with sentient insects, the psionist senses overwhelming of fear in the roachoid. The fear is concern over its well being and not understanding what has occurred.
Bruce tries to remember how severe injuries like his punctured throat were repaired in the past. His fragmented memory banks do not offer an immediate solution, but he realizes that this injury is beyond the ability for self-repair. He is able change the viscosity at the area of his wound (synthetic clotting), so he is no longer leaking vascular fluid.
OOC: Denslow, Kurot, MacMak, Ron & Bruce may still take an action(s)
Ron runs through the slime and down the hall toward the bugmen, rifle ready.

Bruce
With a sputtering gurgle the self clotting mechanism kicks in and he is able to concentrate on matters at hand, namely figuring out a way to get himself and his companions to some relative safety.
He surmises that if they cannot go back the way they came, then explore an alternate route. Since their immediate surroundings are clear, Bruce takes a peek up the tube the bugs descended from, exploring it as a possible retreat avenue.

Ron aggressively runs, at top speed, through the green slime and down the tunnel. (Double move) As he approaches the end of the hallway, the Scavenger remains stationary.
OOC: Ron must make a Reflex save vs DC 8
Bruce investigates the hollow tube as an alternate route to exit this area. He slowly crosses the threshold of the door and looks up into darkness. He sees no movement nor hears any sounds.
OOC: Bruce has no light source
Denslow takes his chances with the floor muck and follows Ron into the tunnel. His pace is slower (One move action) and he levels his svetlegk for a charge.
OOC: Denslow must make a Reflex save vs DC 8
Frank joins his companions in the corridor. The veteran stomps through the goo and catches the cybershark. (Double move) He can’t see any other Scavengers besides the motionless denizen.
