I would say the horns have some value and the dreadtooth could be sold to a rations processor.

Using moose as an example, this is what I found using Google:

Live weight: 950 lbs
Field-dressed carcass: 475 lbs
Boned-out: 315 lbs (skilled)
Boned-out: 240 lbs (unskilled)

Characters with Hunting and/or Survival skills have the ability to field dress the carcasses (no skills check required), ready for delivery to a rations processor.

To bone-out the carcass (and reduce the cargo weight) into ration cuts requires a profession skill not possessed by any character. A character may attempt an unskilled check against a Difficulty Class, but there is a risk of ruining the meat and reducing its value for sale.

if denslow walks we have space for one field dressed dreadtooth. If we both walk that goes up to 700lbs

either way it'll take us longer get back to sell the stuff.

I think we've got enough spare dreadtooths to take the risk of trying to bone-out the bodies.
