Since Grim acts last this round, I will post the round 3 update up until his action. Sam, feel free to post an action for round 3 and round 4 when you next post (and good luck extracting your revenge!).

"Here Ciar!" calls the gnome from behind the bed, two daggers poised ready to throw incase the beast breaks through the dwarf and rushes the gnome. Ciar, not needing any convincing, dives and tumbles over the bed, landing safely on the other side next to the gnome.
Sylvan, trying his best to remain conscious, uses his hand to brace himself against the hallway, smearing it with blood. He pulls some mistletoe out of his pouch and begins to rub it. "Namhaid, taispeain tu fein!" he yells. At the conclusion of the druid's casting, the bear becomes outlined with a pale glowing light. After confirming Sylvan is okay, Fulp attempts a swat at the bear from behind but finds his walking stick woefully inadequate in catching the bears attention, much less causing it damage.
Sparrow slashes hard again in the same spot, trying to bring this huge creature down and lands a perfectly placed shot. The bear, acting at the same time, focuses its efforts on Grim, the lone target remaining in front of him, and manages to rake the dwarf with both its paws, but Sparrow's blade slicing into its back causes its ferocious bite attempt to miss badly.
Grim swings his mighty axe wildly.

With a look of regret on his face, Sylvan pulls the healing wand from his belt and presses it to his chest, closing his eyes for a brief instant.

I know these things are hardy but how much more damage can it take?

Round 4
Just outside the door on the eastern wall, Sylvan pulls the healing wand from his belt and presses it to his chest, closing his eyes for a brief instant. Still positioned between this eastern door and the bear, Fulp again attempts to strike with his walking stick, but the wooden rod bounces harmlessly off the thick hide of the giant grizzy. The bear, without even turning, quickly swats at the nuisance behind him and catches Fulp with a mighty paw, catching him in an exposed area of his leather armor and drawing blood.
Sparrow, still taking advantage of his positioning behind the beast, successfully slashes at the imposing threat and inflicts yet another wound.

The bear attempts to rake Grim twice but the dwarf deftly avoids the pair of paws sent at him; but the grizzly lunges at him, catching him lightly on the arm with its snapping jaws. Grim retaliates quickly, bring his axe down on the bear, issuing another cut in its thick hide.
The bear is severely wounded and hobbling badly.

Somewhat rejuvenated, Ciar leaps out from behind the bed, circles the western wall, and attempts to cut into the bear's flank again.
He does not appear to be successful.

Color returns to Sylvan's face as the wand works its magic. He looks around quickly. Ciar is out of harm's way, and the others have only sustained light injuries, so he will rush to attack with his scimitar.
If the party loses initiative and someone is mauled by the bear, Sylvan will use the wand on them instead of attacking.

The giant grizzly, painfully aware of the consistent slashes it has been receiving from behind it, spins and lashes out at Sparrow with the full brunt of its attacks, barely scratching the dark-skinned warrior.
Fulp brings his walking stick around and misses the bear badly and stumbles, but is able to avoid a return swipe of a bear paw. A newly rejuvinated Sylvan capitalizes on Fulp's displacement and steps into the room, hacking at the bear with his scimitar.
The druid's strike is true, and the bear collapses... then disappears!
