In the classes document, under Fighters, it mentions that they can choose one Fighting style as listed below that. In the follow paragraph, it states "Martial characters have the option of selecting a fighting style as one of their Knacks." Was the intent that Fighters get one fighting style and could get a second one as a knack or will the first one count as a knack?

Missed the Self-improvement Knack. Add 6 hp to the totals:
HP for Scout:: 1d6 5 2d6 7 3d6 5 4d6 16 5d6 23 6d6 26

Looks like 32 hp at 6th level.

Character starts with 8,000 gp and the following magical items:
*potion of ESP
*Ring of protection +1
*Axe +1

Yes. Or Advanced, if you want. I think they're pretty much the same, pricewise, but with more options in Advanced.

Hmmm. I'd say "wilderness creature" would be an ordinary skill. "Beastmen" or "Giants" would be narrow skills.
