Hello some very fresh meat here looking for a game, I'm quite new to the whole PBEM way (new to the board), used to play table top back in the last century

(I may need some help/pointers with PBEM methods used, but roleplaying is no problem)

Don't worry, Nekher. Everybody was a noob at this type of game at one point. There is a bit of a learning curve, but if you can play RPGs in the traditional format, I think you should be fine with the games here. And don't worry about making Ogre Mage angry. If you are trying your best and following the rules for the specific game, there shouldn't be anything that makes him mad. (And if you think you did anger him, just ask him about game conventions or Jamaica and he'll forget about it. )

It's true what this Scott guy is saying. We were all greenhorns once.

When I started out on the Unseen Servant, I didn't even know that Play by Post was a thing. A great and kind DM named GrognardSW took me under his wing and showed this noob the ropes. He was so nice and so helpful to me initially, that I now feel compelled to do the same thing with newer players myself.

As far as your English goes......that doesn't appear to be a problem either. I can tell from your first two posts that you can already convey thoughts and ideas better than plenty of others on here who have thousands of posts. (and they are actually from around here)

Hello all, So I guess the bugs are gone. Tried all day to figure out why I couldn't post anywhere.

Looking to Join a long term game. I have been playing since 1978 1st and 2nd. Two games of 3.0 and went back to 1st. Played one game of 5th and quit it too. Will stick with the tried and true. So let me know what classes we have already and I will rty to fill a void.
