Thanks Grey. Let’s all use cardinal directions for clarity. I assume your stated left is from the board perspective, so that is the west corridor three spaces, then north two spaces into the room.
Guru entering the door on his right is the east side, not the right side from the character’s perspective which is the board’s west side.

Rex
Rex (Blue Hero) moves south 2 squares and enters the western door (opposite Beryl).
Evok the Wizard prepares for his journey to the dungeon below. Evok spells [1d6+6]=1+6=7
He memorizes one teleport, 3 fireballs, and 3 lightning bolts.
He steps into the main gallery (1 space) and turns to the east. He heads east for 3 spaces then turns south for one.

sorry with all the images of the board was not sure which direction we were calling North thus my "left" statement as it was left on the zoomed in image of the starting location. Edited post to reflect moving West.

Turn One
Turn Order / Player / Adventurer / Color / Treasure
#1 / Greywolf / Hero / Blue / 500gp
#2 / Guru / Superhero / Red / 250gp
#3 / Grog / Superhero / Red knight mini
#4 / DadsAngry / Wizard / White
#5 / Rex / Hero / Blue / 500gp
The adventurers delve into the dungeon, splitting east, west and south. In level one, Greywolf’s hero Moes vanquishes a goblin and loots the body for 500 gold pieces. Guru’s superhero Beryl Ruby defeats a hobgoblin and finds a sack of 250 gp. Rex’s hero Rex fights a giant rat and uncovers 500 gp.
DadsAngry’s Evok the wizard ends his movement on the same space as Grog’s Erekose, so the wizard stops the space before (as two players’ pieces cannot be on he same space.)
The board at end of Turn One:
Whole Board Close Ups with Secret Doors and Level Banners
Arranged in clockwise order from northwest section, northeast, southeast, southwest. The banner levels and secret doors can be seen.
Monster and Treasure Cards for Turn One:
The picture above shows the monsters fought and treasure gained. Please keep a running tally of your treasure as part of every post. That way it can be easily referenced.
When a monster is killed or treasure gained, it is removed from the deck list. So in when Grey and Guru each rolled a 5 on the monster, Grey got the goblin then Guru got the next monster that became the new #5, the hobgoblin.
When the list is eventually revealed, you can map your roll history to the list if so inclined.
Turn Two
Declare movement and rolls!
Grog's Erekose moves south five spaces. No rolls needed.
Treasure Count
Greywolf - L1 500gp / 10,000gp
Guru - L1 250 / 20,000
Rex - L1 500 / 10,000

You can use your previous roll. Thanks.

Gurusql Turn Three: Beryl Ruby continues down the corridor and opens the door to the purple room.
Turn Order / Player / Adventurer / Color / Treasure
#1 / Greywolf / Hero / Blue / 1,250 gp
#2 / Guru / Superhero / Red / 0 (dropped the 250 gp)
#3 / Grog / Superhero / Red knight mini / $2,000 gp
#4 / DadsAngry / Wizard / White / 2,000 gp
#5 / Rex / Hero / Blue / 1,000 gp
Grey’s hero Moes enters a 2nd level room and is set upon by a giant spider. He slays the creature and finds a sack of 750 hp.
Guru’s Beryl Ruby delves into a 4th level room, encountering a troll. The superhero nearly kills it (missed by one), but the monster slashes Beryl! It wounds the superhero - retreat two spaces, drop one treasure, lose next turn. Troll attack on Beryl Ruby [2d6]=10 10 on Monster Attack chart.
Grog’s Erekose bursts in on an evil superhero. They clash. Erkose prevails, looting the body for a silver ring worth 2,000 gp. He kicks the corpse in disappointment at such paltry treasure.
DA’s Evok detects the east secret door (one door per roll) and casts a fireball within. It incinerates a ferocious werewolf. Evok finds a silver ring (2,000 gp).
Rex opens a 1st level door and is set upon by a goblin. The hero vanquishes the monster and finds a magic sword (worth 500 gp). Rex, roll a 2d6 to see if it is +1 or +2.
The board at end of Turn Three:
Monster and Treasure Cards
Guru's L4 treasure card is face down, as he hasn't won it yet from the troll.
The card piles will track each player’s turn history.
To illustrate my list mechanic, here is the level one monster list of seven monsters. As a monster card is drawn, I strike it out so it is not computed in future rolls. You may ask should we adjust the die for the current number of monsters in the deck? That would be too confusing; instead I just count and go back to beginning if necessary.
Whole Board Close Ups with Secret Doors and Level Banners
Arranged in clockwise order from northwest section, northeast, southeast, southwest. The banner levels and secret doors can be seen. Level colors: gold (1), green (2), orange (3), purple (4), red (5), blue (6)
Turn Four
Declare movement and, if necessary, rolls! Guru is out this turn.
Grog’s Erekose exits the room by the south door, proceeding 5 spaces east. No rolls needed.
Treasure Count
As of end of Turn Three:
Greywolf - L1 500, L1 750 = 1,250 gp / 10,000gp
Guru - 0 (L1 250 dropped in L4 troll room) / 20,000
Grog - L4 2,000 / 20,000
DadsAngry - L4 2,000 / 30,000
Rex - L1 500, L1 Magic Sword (500) = 1,000 / 10,000
